This company was awesome to work with! I had three kitchen appliances and Darrell was my tech. He was polite, very knowledgeable about each appliance, worked diligently and very reliable! He followed protocol with COVID-19 which was very respectful! We previously had two other companies out here for the same appliances and they did not fix them! Thank you again Darrell and Burrows ... job well done, I appreciate it! 😀

My refrigerator went out a day after purchasing groceries. I was in a panic. I called a few companies. Most of them had a wait of a week or more. I called Burrows & Co. who also had a wait, however, I was surprised when they said they could fit me in. I was pleased to know that Burrows & Co. cared about saving my groceries.

I am giving borrows and company a 2 because the first time they came to my house they did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the owner. I do not know what has happened since then. I waited to write this review because I wanted to be in a coma state when ideas to be fair to the company. When they came to my house I did not know I had Covid it at the time. I made sure I stayed away from everyone and then went and got tested. When I recovered, a contacted them to come and finish the work on our dryer. I can’t tell you how many times they scheduled, canceled, rescheduled, etc. To put it plainly, they never came back to do the job. I had to hire someone else to complete the work. I was extremely disappointed in this company after such an outstanding performance the first time around.

Upon arrival the technician was professional, and very knowledgeable. He also took
the time to futher educate me about my dryer and also the product being installed.

Daryl from Burrows is really an amazing technician! He came to service my dishwasher after another company through my Home warranty company could not fix my dishwasher after trying three different parts in two months! To say I was frustrated and was giving up hope was an understatement! Daryl came in and really took his time to find the problem and was going to get it fix! He is knowledgeable, patient and the man for the job! He will not make any equipment get the upper hand! My husband and I are so thankful for his service! He puts the customer first and it shows!

I picked them because they got back to me fast and because they came up first on a Google search. I should have taken the time to look at the reviews on Yelp.

The Good: Came by within an hour. Technician was friendly.

The Bad: Technician did not fully diagnose the issue. He told me one of the lid switches on the machine is broken, but would not take the time to find out which one even though I repeated asked for him to and paid him for the diagnosis.
When I pointed that out to him he said "I already have 45 minutes into this"

Technician lied about how much the parts would cost when I asked for an estimate. (they are about $50 ). He said 150 and that the repair would cost 300. Way too much.

I am upset with this company and regret paying for him to come out just to tell me what I already new from a google search.

EDIT: I found out more of the information told to me was incorrect.

RUN AWAY. They were supposed to come look at my washer per my Lowes warranty. Never showed up. Never returned my calls or texts. Huge waste of time. 0 stars. Do not recommend.

I have never been more impressed! Marcus was a professional and a gentleman. He diagnosed why my refrigerator was freezing over, communicated the need to order parts, and returned on Christmas Eve to swiftly complete the repair. I seem to have regular issues with appliances so I will call Hartman's again, and I will specifically request Marcus, the hardest working man in appliance repair. Thank you!

Called to have someone come out to check my refrigerator, it wasn't cooling properly. The person that answered the phone was very nice and they were able to get someone out the same day. Technician Marcus showed up during the advised timeframe. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even took the time to explain what was going on. He ordered the necessary part and was back to install it a couple of days later. All around the service was exceptional and the price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Making the appointment over the phone was pleasant and easy. The technician ( Troy ) was on time and very polite. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. I would definitely recommend Hartman's for any appliance repair.

Hartman Appliance Repair is a Christian owned business. Troy, my repairman was very helpful!!! They responded very quickly with a service date and they follow up to ensure you were happy with the repair.

Excellent experience with Hartman's Appliance Repair in Jacksonville, FL. I was able to get a next day appointment, simply submitted the request online and had a phone call within 15 minutes. Repair technicians were pleasant and informative. They were able to order the required parts and install them the next day. We will absolutely use their services in the future.

Troy, the appliance technician, came to our home on a Saturday to access the problem with our refrigerator. The replacement part was not available, but he returned the following Monday to complete the repair. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Troy was awesome. Got the part that was needed to fix my fridge and was back the next day. Very punctual, showing up when they said he would. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company for any repairs needed.

I would have liked a bit more communication that someone was still coming as i had to reach out and call past my scheduled time. I'd always rather be called to say the technician will be late, rather than left in the dark. But, Brian was awesome! diagnosed the problem quickly, and got our washer up and running very quickly!

I had a great experience with Marcus. He was very professional and friendly. He put booties on at my front door without being asked which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my fridge and was very knowledgeable about what could be done. I will definitely be requesting Marcus in the future.
