Burrows & Company is the worse company ever. This company doesn't answer it's phone nor does it makes its appointments. Stay away! I didn't want to give this company a one star but I couldn't post without it.

They dont answer the phone and their techs are very unprofessional. It appears that whoever my tech was, was lazy did not want to drive to my house and asked for pictures of the issues with my machine rather than driving out to see the issue. This is one of many complaints I have dealing with them.

They lied about dishwasher problem & cut wires & turned into 2-10 home warranty.
If that was the case why wouldn't you have shown me the cut wires when you were here.
Why would the the pump no longer work?
Why would you tell me that you were putting in for replacement unit & then send pictures of cut wires to 2-10 home warranty?

My experience with your company was nothing less than awesome. Very professional, friendly, informative & prompt. I appreciate the great customer service that you gave us at our time of urgency. Will definitely recommend to friends, family & businesses in the future.

It has been nearly 2 months since they were paid to fix our fridge. It is still not fixed. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a company with integrity. I have no clue how they are still in business. Any positive reviews must be fake. Beware!

I had a scheduled appointment this morning for Burrows to repair an oven. They are a no show. I have left two voicemails and one text with Burrows about an update whether they are going to show. I am leaving this review after four hours of waiting without a return call or text for an update on the appointment Burrows called me last week to schedule.

Complete lack of concern from a company I have ever experienced! I submitted a claim with my home warranty company and they never contacted me, I had to contact them to setup a time/date. AND they never showed up or called. The following days I could never get a hold of them to reschedule. Very unprofessional!

Had a follow-up appointment with this company yesterday between 1:00 and 5:00 and they never showed and never responded to any of my phone calls or emails. They apparently don't care that you put your life on hold for 4 hours waiting on them to come without even the courtesy to inform you that for whatever reason they cannot make the appointment. That is all I'm asking and that's all the other people that have left the same type review are asking. If you can't make the appointment have the courtesy to call the customer and let them know. That's your responsibility as a business.

I this company is not trustworthy they do not keep appointments and never finish the job. I had to use another company that knew what they were doing and actually fixed my dryer. I wrote a positive feed back before but this company just steals your money be careful use some one trustworthy

This is the 2nd time I've called Burrows and the response is prompt. The technician, Daryll, always let us know the arrival time, was unfailingly polite, and more importantly, was thoroughly versed in the appliances needing repair. The job were finished in a timely fashion with total clean-up. Thank you, Burrows & Company.
