I have never experienced customer care like this with any other appliance repair service! The office staff are proactive and communicate quickly which conveys that they value you as a customer. They require a non-refundable $20 service fee at the time you make the appointment. That’s a first for me, but I recognize that it establishes commitment to the appointment on the customer’s end. Like other services, you pay a diagnostic fee, which can be applied to the cost of repair. I chose to replace the appliance, but I will definitely call them again in the future when needed.

Julio at Hartman’s Appliance Repair was phenomenal. He arrived right on time and showed me exactly why my LG dryer wasn’t working. He not only fixed the initial problem, he realized there were other issues with installation and tons of lint, pet hair, etc clogging up other areas. He cleaned and fixed the entire thing. He showed me what he was doing the entire time and was extremely fair on price. HIGHLY recommend.

2 really nice guys that were professional and reviled my problem in my dryer. Then they checked thee washer and prevented a problem. Dial up Hartman's if your appliances need repairs.

Excellent service from the initial contact with their office to our technician, Justin. Justin arrived promptly, and was professional, friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. Plus there was NO over sell at any point, just the facts and professional suggestions and recommenations. This is the best repair place. I had to wait for my part as it was on back order. Needless to say I was anxious. But they were patient, friendly, and understanding with me the whole way. When the part did arrive the repair itself was quick and easy. The whole staff there is awesome!

Everybody from the person who answered the phone to schedule the appointment to the technician that showed up, it was a easy and seamless experience. They were able to get to my home within 24 hours and fix the issue with our washing machine. Hope to never need them again, but if I do, I will certainly call them!

Service Tech Ron did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my GE dryer. He returned to my home with the correct part and quickly had my dryer up and running again. I strongly recommend Hartman’s Appliance Repair and I won’t hesitate to call them again when needed.

Called for a repair, they scheduled Same day. Initial fee $20 to book appointment. (Previous place we had charged $140 and scheduled 1 week out). Diagnosis was $120 After Diagnosis was completed, not prior like the other company. They fixed the issue and moved on. Fast, effective, will use again!

Marcus was great and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things. Very professional and friendly. They even wear shoe covers to protect your floors. I thought my fridge was toast, and I was correct. Marcus looked it up a saw it was still under warranty. He is my hero! He saved me a small fortune.

Our washer stopped working and I reached out to Hartman's. Our tech, Troy, was amazing, and called in reinforcements when the problem was unfamiliar to him. They were very professional, dedicated, and in the end, the parts that were replaced did not fix the washer so they did not charge us for anything but the diagnostic fee. We highly recommend and will use again if we have any appliance issues in the future.
