Hartmans is always my first call whenever I have issues with any appliance. This time is was my Samsung over. The team scheduled me for a service call very fast. Troy, who is just a joy to work with, was on time(actually early). He was quick to diagnose the issue, proposed multiple ways we could address it, and then got the part ordered right then and there. Troy came back out the next day and installed everything. I highly recommend Hartmans. They are fair, transparent and very hard workers. 5 stars!

Excellent service. Marcus quickly diagnosed the issue with our gas oven and stove. The parts were ordered and Marcus came back promptly and installed them.

These folks will be my first call for any future appliance needs. I’ve used them in the past to help with a faucet issue and more recently our dishwasher went on the fritz. When I called I spoke with a kind and helpful woman who was able to schedule a technician to come by the next day. Justin arrived at the expected time and was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue, provided me the quote and answered all my questions. Once I agreed to the service he was on his way. To my surprise, later that day I received my confirmed service date/time and it was the very next day. Justin was quick and efficient, and we have now have our dishwasher back for regular use. Thanks for the great service to everyone involved!

Highly recommend Hartman’s! They showed up the same day I called to assess my broken garbage disposal. The price for a new one was very reasonable. Justin had it ordered and installed in just a few days. All around good service!

I called this company with what I was concerned about being close to an emergency situation. I needed someone to come check my refrigerator as it seems like my temperature was fluctuating way too much in the refrigerator section. I was concerned about eating food that might have been in the unsafe zone. I needed a company that could come out right away as I was having some surgery that following monday. They answered the call quickly. Sent a service man out just as we had discussed before that date when my surgery was scheduled. And Marcus was absolutely wonderful. He arrived right on time did the Diagnostics and everything seemed to be just fine. I really appreciate the effort that this company made in accommodating my situation. I would recommend them highly and would use them in the future if I have a need.

He was very personable, respectful, and kind — the kind of person who makes you feel confident your appliances are in good hands. After reading the company's reviews, I made my appointment with great ease. When the tech arrived I was very excited to see it was Justin. He had been mentioned in numerous reviews which highlighted his knowledge and professionalism. Justin lived up to all of his accolades and was very helpful! Marcus the technician is the best! I appreciate the one diagnostic fee the company charges even when multiple visits have to be made to identify the issue. They worked on my dryer a couple years ago and just came out again to work on my washing machine and I have had excellent service both times. Prices seem fairly reasonable.

My freezer door would not close properly causing everything in it to defrost. Hartmann was recommended by a friend. They (Justin) came quickly. Found out the problem. Ordered the parts. Which they got in a couple of days and came back that day and fixed it. Very happy with their service and knowledgeable repair guy, Justin. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Hartman’s Appliance Repair from start to finish. I called on a Friday about my refrigerator not dispensing water. The next day they emailed my appointment which was on Monday. That day they texted me about my technician being on his way. Markus showed up on time and went right to diagnose the problem. Very quickly, he told me that I needed a new water valve. He said, It will take a couple days to get it. On Wednesday, Markus came back to install the new valve. Problem was fixed. Everything went smoothly. They were well organized and the price was very fair. Their magnet phone number is on my refrigerator in case I need them again!

Marcus came to our home to fix our GE Profile Washer/Dryer Combo. He was the consummate professional. He quietly went through all of his diagnostic steps, and then explained what he had found. Clearly, he has encountered problems like ours before and went through each step. When we have appliance problems in the future, we will definitely call Hartman again.

We were very pleased with the repair technician, Marcus, who was very thorough and diligent throughout the repair process. We feel like we have a new refrigerator! I’ve had Hartman‘s to my home twice in the last year, once to fix my microwave oven and get it running properly and the other day to come run a diagnostic test on my clothes dryer. These new appliances came with my new townhome and so new equipment should run perfect but we all know that it doesn’t especially when you’re talking about construction crews and that kind of thing so I’ve had to have them out twice for brand new appliance issues that you just can’t get fixed from the manufacturer or through the manufacturer warranty system, which really doesn’t even exist anymore. Thank God for companies like Hartman‘s.

Every time I’ve had Hartman here, they have just been phenomenal. I love speaking to the lady in the office. She is wonderful. She just breaks everything down, tells you how much everything is going to cost in a few types of situations and just lays it all out for you so you know going into it, into your decision, what it’s going to cost and it’s just phenomenal how they do business and how they really take the time to troubleshoot your problem and they don’t try to rip you off.

The other day when Justin was here to troubleshoot my dryer, he tested it and said it’s not your dryer. Your dryer is fine. I think it’s an airflow problem with your vent on your roof and so they’re just good down to earth honest people and he was so thorough and he listened to me and I just absolutely love Hartman‘s appliance.

In this day and age in 2026, you don’t find a lot of businesses like theirs and everybody that I’ve dealt with at Hartmans so far has been just over the top wonderful and professional and they are my appliance company for life thank you Hartmans.

Paul was great. I called Monday morning, Paul was here Monday afternoon to determine the problem and was back Tuesday to replace the compressor. He was very thorough; I am very pleased.
