Iserve was absolutely wonderful to work. Came out same day and customer service was the best I have worked with ! Do yourself a favor and if you need appliance repair they will take excellent care of you. 10/10

THEY REQUIRE FULL PREPAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. After calling ME three times to get me to sign up for an appointment, they then repeatedly failed to meet promised times, offered a cost discount that they never provided, when I told them I would pay by check and asked if that was OK, never said no and then canceled the appointment after I spent an entire day waiting continually rescheduling me. Ironically-named Carisma has to be the most worst office manager on earth, repeatedly yelling combined with all the rest. Certainly blessed to have avoided this mess. I've never had a business expect service prepayment, not have a legal business name, address, tax id or business terms (net 30) on an invoice and so on. The worst.

iServe is a great appliance repair business that has professional workers and great customer service. They figured out what was wrong with my appliances and fixed it quickly. Hint: Clean your front loader detergent dispensing drawer sprayers regularly or suffer a clogged and leaking unit after a few years. The more you know. I highly recommend them for any appliance services.

Called and a tech was quick to come out and tell me my problem, that is the only reason it's a two star. I had to call to figure out why I didn't receive an estimate about the repair. Once I received that estimate I made the deposit and had an appointment set. Then day of appointment no tech shows up. When I spoke with them the day before I was told if my part didn't come in I would receive a call to reschedule. Never got a call to reschedule, no tech showed up at set appointment time and now no one is answering my phone calls to figure out what's going on.

Edit. Mike is the tech he is wonderful he needed to come back again and was able to show me the fix for the problem.

My dryer broke & they were able to set up an appointment quickly. He was able to fix the problem except for a part that needed ordered. He came back on a Sunday to finish it. Pricing was reasonable & we were informed about everything. Communication was wonderful.

I had a great experience with this company. Dispatcher was friendly and helpful & was able to get someone out the same day. She answered all the questions that I had as well as was able to accommodate my schedule.The technician was knowledgeable and also friendly.

Mike has done 2 service calls for me. I had new dishwasher installed. The installer did not remove the plug on new garbage disposal so the dishwasher would not drain. Mike knew immediately what was wrong and fixed the issue. This week he installed cloths rod in a closet. Did a great job. Carisma runs the office. Her communication was detailed oriented. She gave me windows of service time. Always called to inform me of any changes. I will definitely use them for any repairs or needs.

Samsung washers get 1 star BUT these folks get 5 from me. They are very responsive and were willing to work with me around scheduling times, services, etc. We got our washer repaired and it’s been working great ever since. Fair pricing for quality service. I’d use them again for any other issues or repairs.

Just had a great experience with iServe. Mike was courteous, professional, and prompt. My ice maker/fridge water dispenser is as good as new. Easy to make an appointment with iServe and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company. Thanks, Mike!

Mario the Sr tech is quite skilled in commercial work. From fryers to ice machines and much more he is equipped. Office team is friendly and swift with estimates and it is affordable. I will be doing long term business with iServe!

Dispatcher and repair technician were both knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, professional, and explained everything so that i knew exactly what to expect. They accommodated my schedule and technician was punctual. The repair was done quickly. I will use this company every time I have an appliance issue.

Called for a diagnostic on a broken refrigerator and had tech come out same day. Had a major repair and it was cost friendly and the sr technician and office manager were extremely upfront with cost and turn around time. Overall very pleasant customer service experience. Thank you for providing a timely repair in my emergency. My fridge went out and between iserve and another local company my services were completed swiftly and affordably. Carisma the office manager followed up and communicated every step of the way and I truly appreciated that. I would highly recommend this company. They are black owned and family oriented. Not knocking off heads for pricing and actually honest and dependable company.

Love using local companies and this is a good one. Still trying to decide whether to replace or repair but I would go with them either way.

Had the Speed Queen models we were looking for in stock. They were responsive to all of our questions. The price was a little better than other stores. Staff was pleasant, patient and even helped me load my truck. I would recommend Atlantic Coast Appliances to anyone in the market for appliances.

No doubt about it, Atlantic Coast Appliance is THE BEST appliance repair service in Jacksonville! I have had minor and major appliance issues once my appliance warrantees have expired and always call them. They respond immediately and professionally. They tell me HONESTLY the problem, WHY/HOW the problem arose, and how they will fix the problem at the best price available. Their customer service is truly top of the line...I haven't met one technician or talked to one office associate that didn't care.

Bill is extremely knowledgeable and has impeccable integrity. I highly recommend his company.
