I just wanted to express my appreciation for this company! Bobby was very quick to get out to us and knew exactly what the problem was with my leaky fridge! He wasted no time in fixing it! Came out and diagnosed two appliances. One was unrepairable, one was. Diag fee was deducted from the repair price. They came to replace the part and needed another. They covered the extra part. Communication is great. Texted back and forth. Very easy to get my dishwasher working again.

Hired A1 action to look at our freezer. He came out and barely looked at our refrigerator. He pulled the fridge out slightly, removed some ice and reset the fridge alarm. He stated we needed a new water valve inlet. Came back a few days later slightly pulled the fridge out and left very quickly not even 10 min, first red flag. A week a half later the freezer stopped. He came back and said the part he put in was faulty. He was not here 10 min and left very quickly. Which we thought was strange second red flag. Since then we’ve gotten a lot of excuses and he has yet to return with this “part”. Our freezer is still not working.
He literally came to our house pretended to work on it and would leave quickly. All he did was turn the water valve off, removed some ice, and reset the alarm. We looked up on YouTube how to change a water valve inlet and there is more labor involved by removing the back panel etc. he did none of this. We never actually saw a new part in his hands.
This is the worst experience ever and worst SCAM company. We would never recommend this company. We believe we should get a full refund of the $310.00 of our HARD EARNED money.
We have already contacted the BBB,City News Channels and the bank. Our advice please take the time to look at ALL the reviews the ones with 0 stars are worth reading before hiring. Some companies will ask for a review so you can get a discount. DON’T DO IT!!

Bobby has been over twice in three years to fix my GE fridge by replacing the circuit board (after 10 years so lasted some time) and most recently, to repair the icemaker—something a highly rated competitor wasn't able to do.
Bobby's professionalism and courtesy are both 💯. Very communicative as well. He also provided some great insight on the most low and high maintenance brands and why for my own edification. Highly recommend for any appliance needs!

Bobby with A1Action Refrigeration and Appliance Repair was amazing and went above and beyond for us when we needed our LG refrigerator repaired. He and his team were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, caring and excellent at communicating what was wrong and how to prevent issues in the future. A1 was more cost effective than the LG provider. He also used parts that would not void any mfg. Warranty and provided an additional warranty of his work as well! 10 out of 10!

A1 Action lives up to their name! We rate them A1, 5 star, A+, and 10/10! Bobby arrived when promised for problems with a refrigerator we thought we would need to replace. He answered all our questions during a quick, thorough diagnostic process. After Bobby's very reasonably priced repairs, the flashing error codes are gone. He also gave us some maintenance and care tips to extend the life of the refrigerator. We now call A1 Action for any appliance issue we have. More recently, Bobby reinstalled a microwave that I had originally incorrectly installed myself. A1 Action and Bobby have decades of experience and provide excellent service! They also have a history of service to our country and are veteran-friendly. We highly recommend them!

When the grinch tried to steal Thanksgiving, Bobby was there to save the day. Samsung Fridge/Freezer started to warm up 2 weeks before the big day, and was repaired in time to defrost the turkey. He had to order some parts then some additional parts (at no additional charge), and the big day went off without a hitch. Thank you A1 Repair.

Refrigerator had some serious issues. They did their best to fix it, but eventually I had to get a new one, and also refunded some of my repair money. Great service, always in contact with you.

Great experience very fast responses and service was straight to the point. Didn’t try to upcharge or sell me anything I didn’t need. Very reasonably priced service. They said my appointment was for 8 and showed up at 7:45. I will be using them for all further appliance repairs.

Robin was a godsend!!! He came put very quickly and was absolutely a pleasure to speak to, had nothing but respect for our family and the situation we were in. He busted his butt and fixed our dryer and washing machine and saved us thousands!!! I cannot recommend him and his team enough!!! Absolute best in the business!
