This is the worst experience I've had with a company--big or small--and I consider myself pretty lenient. My water heater broke after a wind storm, and a replacement part was shipped and delivered to this company (verified delivery from Bradford White). I have not been able to talk to a rep on the phone to schedule the repair with the replacement part, and considering my water heater has been broken for a week, this is unacceptable. I am honestly surprised this company is still in business.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Three visits by two reps three different parts ordered all wrong and then zero reply to communication. Mind you I’m going through my home warranty I paid my deductible to Astor they failed to do anything. They also employ a gentleman who goes by the name Steve who is beyond rude comes across as intimidating and has zero understanding of how to service anything.

Add onto that I’m still without my appliance after almost a month of their run around and that they refuse to communicate. Avoid them at all costs

These people are awesome I called inquiring about a TV power cord and the young lady informed me that they had the product and they were overstocked and I could come in and get the cord for free. I don't know what is
awesome if you don't think that is great customer service

Dwayne did a great job and fixed my plasma TV. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I highly recommend them.

After a serious screwup that was the mistake of Sawyer Gas, which took repeated visits over several months, but was never correctly resolved. They came out and made sure my mom’s oven and stove were converted correctly, and tested it. Which Sawyer Gas failed to do. My mom has not been able to cook anything that wasn’t microwaveable for months. She can today!

Prompt to reply and very flexible with my schedule. Went out of their way to repair my machine as soon as possible. Great communicators, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Machine is back up and running. Very happy.

I have a LG washer. Dwayn was on time and explained the problem. It was fast and fix the washer. Fair cost 💲. I will recommend them if you need their service.

The technician showed up within the timeframe and gave a courtesy call 30min ahead of when they would arrive, which was very helpful. He fixed the TV in a very short time. He even looked at an old broken TV (not part of the service) and gave me suggestions on what I could do. Great service, went the extra mile!

I had a one year old Sony 85" TV. Suddenly the internal speakers stopped working. I called Sony and they connected me with Consumers Electronics and Appliance Service in Jacksonville. These guys are amazing. They called to make an appointment and gave me instructions on preparing for their service tech to come. When he came he was beyond professional. Fixed the main board in the TV in what must have been record time and my TV works perfectly now. He was so professional and punctual, actually made the whole process a breeze. I don't think I've ever been so pleased with a repair service. No wonder they have such high ratings.

I've been using Consumers Electronics for all of my electronic repairs for years. They've always been prompt and professional and have been able to fix things that other shops couldn't. Over the years, I have recommended them to my friends and family members, who have been just as impressed. They've always been able to handle repairs under warranty and if out of warranty, I found their prices very fair. Sure couldn't recommend any one else!

Very professional company, I highly recommend them. They came on time and they were able to tell what’s wrong with my washing machine within 10 minutes. What I really liked is that they had the part in their truck, and within an hour my washing machine was fixed.
