I am so pleased with my TV. The prise was very reasonable and the staff is so professional. I am grateful they are in Orange Park!! I will definitely be using them for my future repairs 💯.

Initially was able to work us in very quickly when washer was down. We had to order a controller board, which came in on time and were scheduled as soon as it arrived. The office staff and technican (Mindy & Dwayne) were very helpful and professional. We are very satisfied.

When my Samsung TV needed service I chose this location based on the reviews I saw and I was not disappointed at all.

When the repairs went slightly over the initial estimate they contacted me and gave me the details before proceeding.

I'm so thankful for the lady in the office for keeping us updated and the repairman who fixed our tv. We have a 70" LG tv that hasn't hit a year old yet and one day it just wouldn't turn on. Luckily we have warranty on it, the lady checked, ordered the parts for the repairman and assured us there won't be any charge. A week later he finally received the parts and came by our apartment and solved our TV's problem! My husband said he was quick and professional. Again, Thank you very much for your help!

Dwayne just serviced our 4 year old LG washer. It needed a new pulsator which he had on his truck. So 30 minutes later my washer was fixed and running perfectly! Great service - very knowledgeably guy!

These guys were great. Paid $75 for them to come out and look at our TV after a lightning strike. Consumers Electronics diagnosed the problem, fixed it & then took the $75 off the repair price. Totally worth it! Repaired our $1500 television for $225. They were right on time, totally professional, highly recommend. Thanks.

LG washing machine stopped working; called Consumers Electronics and they promptly came out the next morning. Dwayne was very courteous & professional. Fixed the problem quickly and was reasonably priced. Very pleased with their work.

My LG 55in 4k i bought in Feb 2016 started acting up and gave me a distorted image; went through LG's trouble shooting diagnostics. They referred me to Consumer Electronics. I called them spoke to Mindy, she was very helpful from the get go.. LG never sent them the work repair request but, she was able to handle without me calling LG and going through all these loopholes. She requested a few things from the TV (pictures) and the tech was able to diagnose the problem without wasting more time to have someone come check it out. She called me when the part came in and very through on when and who was coming to my home. Dwyane was our tech and very friendly and experienced was in and out within 10-15 mins and got my TV working.

Called LG for recommendation on company to fix my TV, and they told me to call this company. I followed their direction and couldn't be more satisfied. Completely awesome job from booking the service to the redelivery of my TV after it was fixed. Highly recommend this company. A++

These guys are hands-down the best experience I have ever had with appliance repair. The office is responsive, dispatch is efficient, and they actually care about making sure they have an understanding of your issue the first time. Their repair staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled at what they do. I will be going to them first for any repair needs.

Couldn't ask for better service. Called the shop in the early morning hours and was able to have a technician out the same day for a washing machine repair. Starting with Mindy who answered the phone; she took my information, put me on a short hold to confirm a technician was available the same day. She took all our information, let me know who would be responding and an approximate time as well as had them call me just before arrival. Dwayne the technician was fantastic - Within minutes he had diagnosed the problem(s) (one involved a stuck quarter - ooops) and luckily had the parts to fix the other issue. Truly a fantastic business to work with. Thank you!

😄If you need television service this is the place to take your electronics. Mrs. Mindy has great customer service skills always with a smile. I felted very comfortable leaving my 70 inch tv. The problem was half of the screen was dark and now I have a beautiful television for my husband's man cave once again. And most important the price was much less than buying a new television. Don't sleep a great place to do business. 😀 Thanks again for doing a great job.

I have to admit I was skeptical when I first called - with HHGregg being out of business. I was exceptionally surprised and pleased with the level of service. My TV was picked up, repaired and returned in just a little over a week. The technician Mr. Miller was knowledgeable and professional. He helped us hook the TV and the cable back up. And he did some adjusting to the TV color and contrast optimize the picture. Highly recommend Consumer electronics

They did a warranty claim for my LG television. They lady who answered the phone was so friendly and polite. Explained the process and had parts ordered quickly. Dewayne (technician) came over to my house promptly and fixed the issue. Very professional and great communication. Highly recommended!

LG recommended Consumers Electronics to repair our oven and dishwasher. Mindy was professional, responsive and understood the urgency of getting those 2 appliances fixed, especially close to the holidays. Dwayne found the problem with the oven quickly, ordered the part, followed-up within 24 hours like he promised and fixed it in no time. Our dishwasher has had an unusual & recurring leak that 2 previous technicians could not find. Dwayne was tenacious and did not quit until he found the root cause and was able to successfully fix it. It hasn't leaked since & runs perfectly now. I would definitely recommend them for any appliances repair.

My 2 yr old dryer refused to heat today and I had 2 loads of wet clothing. I read reviews and called Consumers Electronics today. Mindy said it would be a week for service to get to me, I groaned and she said let me call you back. Bottom line: Dwayne arrived at end of his day, repaired dryer in an hour and I know why this company received 5star reviews-they’re amazing! Mindy and Dwayne are fantastic, incredibly prompt service, fair pricing and really nice people. Many thanks.

This company was awesome. My washing machine broke down suddenly and so I called this company after finding them on google. I had no hold time at all. The young lady who answered the phones was very sweet, professional and really listened to my problem. She was very responsive and had excellent communication skills. She was upfront about fees and made sure I understood that those fees would count toward the price of the repair. ($95 service fee). She kept her word about calling me back immediately and scheduled someone to come look at my washer that same day. The gentlemen was polite and followed COVID-19 regulations. He was able to find out what was wrong with my washer and ordered the part that same day. It took only 3 days to get the part in and they immediately called me back to set up an appointment to come and fix it and the part was cheaper than what they had originally quoted me. This company really made a stressful situation so much easier for me. I would recommend them to anyone with appliance repair needs. Again they were awesome.

While dealing with a new TV that seemed to have died out of nowhere has been a nightmare, it's been an absolute pleasure working with Consumer Electronics. From the time they first received the work order for my service, to the time that they fixed my television, they've been nothing but courteous and professional.

Mindy does an amazing job of making sure that you're as informed as you can be about everything concerning your repair, while Dwayne has the patience of a saint (he had no problem with me being curious and hovering over his shoulder to see what the inside of a TV actually looked like lol) and is amazing at what he does.
