I called to have someone come out and replace my water valve for the ice maker on my fridge. I gave them the serial number and the model number and asked that they bring the part
Tech showed up and looked it over, told me what I already knew and then said he would order the part. That’s not what I requested
They told me the service call was $85 but he charged me $99

The service was amazing. I was shown that evening is is writing order on my gas stove, and I can abandon take out for awhile. I will call work any appliance issues I have.

Our service associate is great. I appreciate everything he has done and I really appreciate the personal touch of just stopping by time to time to make sure all is running well. That service is invaluable!

I did not move forward with repair. The technician arrived two hours after the scheduled four hour window. The quoted repair price was double what could be found online as expected price and he left the laundry room a mess after taking apart the dryer.

Andy S. Was great got my Vulcan range back up and running like new. And put a new exhaust fan on the food truck. I recommend this company and will be using them if any other repairs are needed

Refused their estimate of 450 to put a little Freon in that cost 12 at autozone. That is ridiculous and outrageous, should not be more than 50 dollars. There estimate said no guarantee, they did specify any other work would be done but to add stop leak and Freon. The tech spent the majority of the time after testing just the low side on the phone with his company and I had to talk to him thru a translator. Not worth the 99 service fee . You do not put stop leak in a sealed system, it can clog the system and burn up the compressor. My original assessment of this company stands, inexperienced tech, poor communication skills by both the tech and company, and falsely stating what their estimate showed and said. Estimate was for 450 to add stop leak and Freon R134a, No GUARANTEE or other work would be done.

Extremely unprofessional business and will never use this service again. Called for a repair man to come out and fix our commercial fridge that wasn’t getting cold. Sent someone out who claimed the fridge was “repaired” and that it would take time to cool down. The next morning the fridge was hotter than when they initially came in, I called for someone to come out same day since it’s a “24/7” service. They were scheduled to come out today from 8 am - 11 am and no one showed up. I didn’t get a call till 12 pm that they wouldn’t be here till 2 pm. My business has lost money from this inconvenience.

****update to the rude and false “explanation” from this owner. Vlad didn’t speak English. Couldn’t explain anything and stated there would be a follow up. Stop acting like you all did anything or I’m misleading. After follow up calls by me were ignored and after seeing this response from the owner only further establishes the poor customer service and management of this business. I would not recommend using this business

Called and paid the $99 “arrival fee”. Rep’s name was Vlad. Hard to communicate with as he didn’t speak English well. Looked at my water heater for 10-15 minutes. Told me he was a refrigerator guy and didn’t know how to fix. Said he would have Alansy follow up as he would be able to fix. Waited a week with no follow up. Called and left a message and was instructed I would get a follow up call. It has been another week and no follow up. Unprofessional and basically stole my $99. Water heater is still not working properly.

I scheduled a repair and they were supposed to be here between 12-3. Once 3 came and no one showed up I called. They said they’d reach out to the repairman and have him call me. No call so 30 minutes later I called again and said the same thing. After another 30 minutes I called to cancel my appointment. Wasted a whole day waiting on someone to not get any service. Very unprofessional for me to have to call multiple times for even just an estimated time of arrival after my set appointment time.

Our walk-in cooler stopped working, and the company quickly sent out a technician, Timmy. He did the job fast and professionally, explained everything clearly, and the cooler is now running perfectly. I highly recommend this company - reliable and trustworthy service!

The service technician, Kosta, was very rude to my mother when she asked him to give us a call prior to servicing our dishwasher. We were not at home when he arrived and simply wanted clarification on the repair. As soon as she asked him to call, he talked about rescheduling.

He initially diagnosed an issue with the motherboard, then when he returned several days later, he said it was not the motherboard, but the pump and that would need to be ordered. No one from the company called us to provide a quote or details about the problem; we made multiple calls to try to get clarity on the issue and the cost for the repair. The person we spoke with had no information from the technician and said we would need to speak with him. We then were texted an invoice and arrival notification meant for a completely different client.

We called the technician before he rescheduled and left, today, and he said he would replace the pump, as he had the part ordered. Then after he hung up, he told my mother it was a more serious problem and we should just buy another dishwasher. Without doing anything, he just left. He did not communicate this to us on the phone a few minutes prior, when he had the opportunity to do so. If he thought we needed a new dishwasher he should have said so a week ago, or this morning when he spoke with us.

Communication overall was incredibly poor, and the way the technician spoke to my mother was unacceptable.

Based on our experience, I do not recommend this company and will not use them in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of having my LG refrigerator serviced, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. The technicians of this company expertly replaced the compressor, and now my refrigerator operates as if it were brand new. The professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by the service team were truly exceptional. I am exceedingly satisfied with the quality of the repair and the level of customer care I received. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

This was not a professional service. Tech came out to inspect vending machine was here for 5 mins and told me I needed a new control board. They said they would call back with estimate. Never received the phone call from the company I had to call back multiple time myself. We are over two weeks now and I have been told they have to talk to the tech. They finally called back once and told me the part was ordered. I called back a couple days later and received a completely different answer. They said they were waiting for a price on the part. Waited a couple more days now they say the part is not available. I called today 11/20/2025 asking what we can do. They said they would call me back right away. 3 hours later no phone call so I reached out again. At this point I asked for a refund for the service call because I feel the service was not upheld and I can not apply he $150 to the part needed. I ask to talk to a manager and there is no direct contact according to them. I recommend checking all your options before dealing with this company.

This place is a scam. They charge you $150 to come out and diagnose and then send you an extremely expensive bill that is worth more than what the appliance is worth. A waste Of money

Our 3 year old Samsung refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling so we called this company. They sent a technician who only fixed the issue long enough for us to go back to the store and fill up our fridge again. Two days later the fridge was in the same condition. They sent the technician back out who temporarily fixed it again and couldn’t explain to us what was happening because of the language barrier we had. He stated that the company would contact us and explain the situation and they never did. I called the company again and explained what was happening and told them we just wanted a refund at this point because they were not fixing our refrigerator, just recharging the . I did my own research and discovered that my fridge should not need to be recharged unless there is a leak because of how new it is. The company said they would contact the repair person and find out what was going on and call me back. That was two days ago. Do NOT use this company’s we paid $635 for this service, could have bought a new fridge instead. What a waste of time, money and groceries.

They're very efficient. I called them on a Wednesday about our bakery mixer bowl not rotating. They solved and had it repaired in 2 days. By the weekend we were back to baking bread again. I will definitely use them again.

Absolute joke and a scam company. Tech arrived on time (only positive) - spent maybe 3 minutes opening the door 3-4 times, looking at the control screen and then hands me an estimate for $3400. Also, speaks like 20% english and explained absolutely nothing - just looked up the same stuff I could on Google. Paid $99 for 5-10 mins of work and even the diagnostic 'claimed' to be on the estimate didn't happen. Total joke - do not use them if you have a non-traditional brand like Miele, Thermadoor, etc..

We used ALANSY for a repair to our LG washer. They were out the next day and the technician ( Vlad) quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The following day Vlad returned as promised and completed the repairs. We were very happy with the service we received. Vlad was very polite and knowledgeable and showed up on time.

I needed my Whoorpool dryer repaired. I did not get the technicians name but he was absolutely amazing. He came right in and fixed the dryer with ease. He also cleaned it throughout. I have also used this company for my washer in the past. Their prices are reasonable. Thank for all you do..it is appreciated.
