Justin was the tech who came out to repair our washing machine. He was professional, knowledgeable and repaired our washer in a timely manner.

They were able to get someone out quickly to look at my ice maker & garbage disposal that had stopped working. Michael was super friendly, explained everything that was wrong and that he recommended.

Jordon came in and actually ran into another issue and tackled that as well. He worked diligently, pulled bad part and placed order for replacement. I was pleased that he was able to resolve my issues and get me back into my laundry room as quickly as he could during this holiday season.

Justin did a very good job with our washer. The washer was getting unbalanced and needed parts replaced. Justin made the experience very smooth and also made me feel good about my choice of going with this company.

Mike Blood got here on time, and is quite friendly. Even better: he really knows what he’s doing. Right away, had a good idea what the dishwasher issue was - but looked up model and serial number for info to show him his thoughts were correct. I didn’t want to be “over his shoulder”, but was interested to see what we could’ve done better. Without losing a minute, he worked and explained - and fixed the issue. Then he made sure that the dishwasher was exactly in the right spot - with my approval. Next time there’s a major appliance with an issue, I know exactly who to call!

We have been very pleased with your service. I have purchased very nice quality appliances. Although they are older, I’d rather pay for competent repairs than buying new less desirable replacement appliances. Thank you so much! Justin was great!

Outstanding experience. I was able to get a technician to my home within 24hrs which is great. Michael was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing in layman's terms which is always nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr. Appliance next time I need any repairs.I really appreciated everything.

Extremely courteous, professional and informative of the process and the problem. The gentleman they sent as the technician, Justin, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was going on in proper technical terms so I understood. Great guy and a great company. He diagnosed the problem quickly and they have ordered the parts for repair on my rather boutique refrigerator under warranty.

On the fourth week of having no refrigerator and this company won’t return our call unless we sit on hold with the warranty company multiple times a day asking them to call and email them on our behalf to get appointments scheduled. We literally have no fridge but they can’t be bothered to come out after their initial repair didn’t work.

In the times we are living in (The Pandemic), it is a nice feeling to know there are quality-oriented people like Orestes out there doing a wonderful job! Orestes was prompt, polite, professional and very personable. He was a pleasure to have work on and repair our dishwasher. We are very grateful for workers "out there" continuing to take care of the needs of the public...even while it still isn't a safe bet being around people you don't know, who could have Covid. AWFUL! You call and get voice mail every time and they do NOT call you back. They were sent by my home warranty to fix my fridge, they came out, diagnosed, said we needed to order parts....that was way back on March 23, 2021. The parts finally arrived last night (home warranty originally mailed to wrong address 6 hours away TWICE). I have called them no less than 4 times this week as well as my home warranty. They are not calling back so in essence took my money but is refusing to come back and finish the job they were paid to do.
