My LG dryer wouldn’t heat and it is working again just like it should.

We have used Atlantic Coast for years. True family owned and operated independent company. Not a franchise. Their techs are employees not sub contractors, and the owner Bill actually has his cell number on the invoices if you need emergency service on the weekends. Highly recommend.

I can’t say that in my 63 years of life that I’ve ever seen the “OWNER” of the company come out and make assessments of a refrigerator issue and then orders the part to be replace asap on his own time when he has people working for him!!! Who does that?! …Mr. Bill Grey does!!!!

YES, you read it right, I said “The OWNER”!!! Mr. Bill, the owner is in my kitchen, right now, on the floor analyzing/assessing the issue (refrigerator not cooling). Once determined, he advised me of what is needed for the repair and then informed me of what we need to do in the meanwhile to keep things from spoiling in my frig while we wait for the part.

Today is Friday (it’s a holiday weekend—Labor Day is on Monday, 9/2/24). Needless to say, I am totally blown away by Mr. Bill’s genuine kindness and concern! I will sharing my awesome experience with everyone I know! Conversely, We moved into this home about a month ago and are still getting settled in—Mr. Bill was so empathetic to our needs, he made it a priority to attempt a resolution without delay thus allowing his employees to get home to their families by coming to our rescue himself…Wow!! 🤯 my mind is blown!!! lol!!!

Exceeding my expectations would be an understatement!!! Unfortunately, you just don’t see awesome customer service like this anymore, period!!! I’m forever grateful, Mr. Bill!

Michael from Apex Premier did an awesome job installing our over-the-range microwave and gas range last Sunday. Everything came out perfect. My mother Kathy was looking for a professional and upstanding appliance repair company in the area and God led her to A1 Action Refrigeration and Appliances. I texted Bobby yesterday and he was very responsive and punctual with his services, availability, asking pertinent questions as to what needed service, advising of pricing and applicable services etc. My mother's appointment was today between 9 and 11a and was pleasantly surprised with his promptness to alerting me that he would be arriving early today. I was just astounded and pleased with joy. When Bobby and his co-worker showed up (a very sweet spirited young lady) this morning they were warm and inviting to ensure that the issues received resolve, advised of service issue/fixation (parts researched just overall thorough) and worked with such top notch service and professionalism. If we have any other issues, concerns or repairs this would be the company that our household will be using. They were absolutely GREAT!!!! God Bless and Thank You again.

Bobby @ A1 Appliance knows his stuff, puts the customer 1st and is a truly fine gentleman. Though of course, I hope I would never need him again, he is the first person I would call if I ever did.

I had a Whirpool refrigerator stop working after only 10 months from date of purchase. The warranty repair people told me it would be 2 weeks to get someone here & then possibly longer for parts order & then more weeks to get the part installed. I called Bobby & he said he could be here in the am. WHAT A LIFESAVER!! And he was here promptly the next morning at the time he promised. He determined it was the compressor & looked at the time to get it here & cost. MUCH less time than the warranty people. He kept in touch after the service call -ABOVE & BEYOND the whole time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I got their info off Yelp without any prior experience with the company. I appreciate that he was thorough and honest with his assessment of my dishwasher issue. He did not attempt to sell me on a repair on my unit, that would just be a temporary fix, but suggested brands for me to review as a replacement. I was very pleased with the experience, and would definitely use them again.

Bobby was communicative about his arrival time, prompt, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and did the repair quickly at a fair price. He went above and beyond and showed me how to replace the bulbs in my refrigerator which was not intuitive but simple after he showed me how to do it. I would be glad to use him again and recommend him.

Contacted A1 Action because my washing machine was out of order. I heard back from them immediately and was on their schedule quickly! They showed up at the time discussed and were incredibly nice. I felt safe with them in my condo. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix the problem to my satisfaction. Called A1 for our Washer based on reading the reviews. Bobby didn't disappoint! Very responsive and very truthful. He let me know I was better off getting a new washer. Didn't charge me for the visit and gave me a great suggestion on what to buy. I highly recommend this company!!

Bobby and his associate were both very kind and helpful. We needed help installing pedestals to our laundry units as well as assistance hooking up our washer following a move. The clothes from my dryer came out very wrinkled. Bobby from A1action worked hard to diagnose the problem. Came several times to my home and replaced some parts without charging me for the parts or for the time. After he found the problem and replaced the thermostat, my dryer is working fine. Very happy with this company, texted Bobby because our washer would not drain the water out. He came out the next morning, checked it, fixed the problem in like 15 minutes! Bobby was a pleasure to work with and knew his stuff.

Bobby sent a text message reminder the day before my appointment, and a text message when he was on the way day of appointment. Bobby arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain the issue and solution to me.
