After a Christmas house fire l, I didn’t know where to start. I contacted a couple companies to get estimates for cleanup and restoration services. From the first phone call (on New Year’s Day), this team made me feel like everything would be okay. As promised, someone reached to schedule an estimate the very next morning. The team was professional and answered all my questions. Great, responsive customer service.

Alyssa, Jeremy and her crew did an excellent job of assessing and remediating water damage in my condo. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They were great to work with and a blessing during a difficult time. Thank you all so much!

Alyssa came to our home following a full renovation to check for any potential sources of moisture or mold growth. She was incredibly thorough and put our minds at ease. She explained the process in depth and was patient and knowledgeable throughout the assessment. For anyone who has experienced a flood inside of their house, words cannot adequately describe the shock and emotions of the event. And not knowing how or where to begin to remediate thereafter is just as daunting.
So, not knowing what’s next, we contacted ServPro, because of their reputation, and they did not disappoint.
A team showed up in a timely manner, and began to do battle. The entire first floor of our house was under 1-2” of water, that may not sound like a lot, but it is more than enough to destroy almost anything that got inundated.
The clean up was done by several people, specifically Michael Adonis Kuffour, and Kyle Barnett; and along with them, were the contents people- Rachel Kirkland and Lauren Nieto. And coordinating all this was Senior Project Manager Robert Santiago.
The clean-up side water-vacuumed, placed fans and dehumidifiers, pulled off all the baseboards, created ventilation holes in the sheetrock, lifted carpeting, and other tasks to promote the drying of our ground floor.
In the meantime, the contents ladies carefully packed and labeled everything that had to be removed in preparation for the carpet and floor removal. Our home has many family heirlooms, and it took careful hands to take of our belongings.
All of this, by the way, was done in sweltering heat INSIDE (90-95F), as is necessary to dry out the water ladened areas to keep mold from forming. All of these people labored in this, hours on end, without any complaint- They just kept working.
My words cannot fully explain the time and attention to detail needed to effect this project. It was a pleasure to work with such great people, during our small, but personal disaster.

Carl and his crew worked tirelessly to get our house back together after a plumbing leak. He was extremely thorough and communicated well throughout the process. He took great care to work cautiously around our belongings and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Grateful to them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rachel, Loren and their crew are very professional and thorough during their cleanup of a post construction project at my residence. Rachel explained their clean-up process and everything that they were going to address. They literally cleaned from top to bottom, including sealing lights, fans, walls, floors and exhaust vents in the bathroom. Due to all the dust left from the construction crew, ServPro Mandarin made sure to wipe down all the walls and baseboards. The carpets were vacuumed and the floors wiped and moped. Rachel even took the time to show me before and after pictures of the vents, ceiling fans and lights. They worked very diligently and are very deserving of my 5-star rating. I am sincerely thankful and overjoyed with the service I received. They all started this project and ended it with a smiles.

Noticed a major leak around 9:30pm, the crew showed up by 10:00, Adonis, Rashad, and Ethan were all very professional and had us cleaned and drying before midnight. Great guys!

Mandarin ServPro returned to unload and unpack all our furnishings after three months in storage bins following repairs from water damage to the entire house. The team of Rachel, Kyle, and Lauren did a great job getting us moved back into our home just before the holidays. Team was friendly, respectful, and hard-working. Very customer focused. They took good care of us. Again, pleased with ServPro services.

The professionals at the Servpro of Mandarin are excellent. The pack out team (Rachel, Lauren & Magdeline) worked hard all day yesterday (11/6/25) to carefully pack my household items that are now saved in a POD until restoration of my house is completed.
The restoration work is about to begin and I feel confident that with Charles Berger's supervision, the job will be done right by people that care about what they are doing.... 11/13/25 Update: The mitigation team (Charles, Rashad, Ethan & Dawson) just completed their excellent work in ridding my walls and floors of moisture. Everyone who worked with us from ServPro was amazing! They took great care of us when we had a slab leak flood our home. Carl & Rashad were the first to arrive and worked so hard to get our home in good shape on a Sunday and helped us through the process of getting everything repaired and replaced. The ServPro team made calls on our behalf to plumbing and leak detection when they knew we had our hands full and really went above and beyond taking care of us. We can’t thank them enough ❤️

Edited to add: we chose to use ServPro for our rebuild and construction after this disaster and worked closely with Pam & Bob to get things where they needed to be. They were extremely helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and helped us through our process. Again, I must thank Servpro for everything they have done for our family! We are finally back in our home and we wouldn’t be where we are without them!

The crew that came out to do my post fire cleanup did an amazing job. Rachel Lauren Stephanie Kyle and Bryce. They dealt with my dogs amazingly cleaned everything thoroughly they went well above and beyond thank you guys so much.. Adonis and Dawson just left they were here they pulled up the floors cut a hole in the drywall to check for fire damage we're in and out quickly very well done great young men thank you guys so much
