I have nothing but great things to say about Scott's Pools & Spas. He is down to earth, easy to communicate with and always gives us an update on our pool. He brought our pool back to life and takes pride in his work. He's upfront about pricing as well, no back door fees like some other businesses. If anyone is looking for a quality pool and spa service in and around his location, look no further.

I am a new customer of Scott's Pools and Spas, and I have been impressed with the service since it began. So far we have received a handful of different repairs on our pool as well as weekly maintenance. Scott has been timely and clear in his communications to us. He got our pool cleaned up and running as it should in no time. We are very happy with the service!

I was in recent need of a pool service and came across Scott’s Pools through a Google search I read the positive reviews and decided to give them a shot at servicing my pool. from the very start He was professional, conscientious, and very reasonable. Scott and his crew are very easy to talk to And very accommodating I do have to say they are the best pool service I ever used as pre-Covid I had another service I used, but was not happy with and kept them out of necessity. I’m so glad I changed. I would recommend Scott and his service to anyone.

I moved to the area and was looking for someone to help with the pool maintenance as we settled in. Scott was quick to respond and came by the next day to give me an estimate. Not only did he let me know about what would be needed, he also gave me a lot of insight into things that I didn't fully understand. Scott is always there when he says he will be, he goes out of his way to fix things, no matter how screwed up they are, and is a great guy overall. So happy to have found Scott, he's the man.

We had contacted multiple pool companies with no response, until we finally found Scott, and we're so happy we did! Scott is responsive, timely, and always does a great job cleaning the pool. As new pool owners, Scott is always happy to answer the questions I have that Google can't. We initially reached out to him to have him rescue our pool from an algae bloom instigated by a defunct salt cell, but having him come by weekly is so worth the peace of mind. If weathers cause delays,, he's always proactive in notifying and providing the rescheduled date. He even went out of his way to reschedule when we had a backyard event coming up and got the pool sparkling clean for guests. In an industry we learned quickly as pool owners is plagued by companies with poor customer service, Scott is the opposite. I love getting the email reports about our pools' balance so I can know when Scott's been by, even when I am not home. Can't recommend enough.

Scott has recently taken over the cleaning of our pool and we are very satisfied. He is very thorough in his work and the pool looks great after he leaves. He is friendly and always has a smile on his face. His prices are competitive and one cannot go wrong in contracting with Scott to have your pool serviced. We are very pleased.

Scott has done such a great job taking care of my pool. I had slacked on taking care of it properly through the winter so it was in pretty rough shape when he took it over. It is now sparkling each week. I get detailed reports weekly that give me the pool readings, chemicals that were added, and the services performed. On top of that, Scott is just a really dependable nice person to work with.

Scott takes great care of our pools on our properties. He shows up every week and completes the job without taking shortcuts. We highly recommend Scott!!

Scott does a great job taking care of our pool. We were having issues with algae and he was able to clear it all up. And we haven’t had an algae issue since.
We have had other pool companies in the past, and his service far exceeds our expectations. Typically, the other pool companies would break our pool equipment, and not tell us. Or they simply just didn’t understand how our pool equipment worked.
When we were DIY’ing the pool cleaning, the cost of the chemicals was almost equally the cost to hire Scott’s service. So it’s a win-win situation for us. Plus we have a lot of angles in our pool, so it’s a little bit difficult to Clean. Our pool is now clean and beautiful!

Scott has a tremendous work ethic. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of the pool including all the equipment. He is meticulous about checking all the machinery and letting me know if something needs to be worked on our replaced. He sends a report covering everything he did as well if chemical needed to be added. My pool is sparkling and it is delicious to swim in. I will keep referring people to Scott!

Best pool care in the area. Very knowledgeable and service is by far the best. Scott never tries to take advantage of us with what he charges or offers as service and doesn’t like when other companies take advantage of homeowners. Scott responds to messages or missed calls in a timely manner and is also at the house to make sure my pool is taken care of and spotless on the days he says he will be. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Scott took the extra time to install the system so the pipes look nice and neat. Might sound funny but it was important to me! Super nice person as well. I would highly recommend the company.

I had an issue with my spa heater where another pool company wanted to do a full replacement, that would cost be $5K+. Thankfully I called Scott to get a second opinion. He was always super responsive and fast to get out to diagnose my issue. He went through the heater methodically, piece-by-piece and ultimately determined I needed a single replacement part. Once the part arrived he was fast to install it and get the heater back up and running.

I am beyond thankful I called Scott for that second opinion as he literally saved me $1000's.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Scott from Scott Pools. He was always very quick to respond, answered all my questions, and has tremendous knowledge about pools, heaters, equipment, etc. I purchased a new pool heater from him and my experience could not have been more positive. He showed up as promised, completed his work with precision and neatness to make it as aesthetically appealing as possible – and I’m OCD, and even gave me expert advice on a few unrelated pool challenges. I've had to use RegencyDRT twice the gentlemen who came out Kyle and Demere have always been professional and very prompt. They would ask if and when I was available for for checking humidity reading for my room. They made scheduling and contact with them easy. They were very respectful of my property as well. I would use them again

It isn't often these days to get the quality of service I received. In particular, Kyle Barrett, the professional who came to my home, took the time to explain everything, including what needed to be done and the results that I would get. He was detailed and kind and checked almost every day to see how the drying was going and if certain fans needed to be moved. I would highly recommend this company!

This is a two part review. Stay away from any restoration side of this company.
Our Child's bathroom, and an adjoining closet flooded in February due to busted pipes in our interior walls. This company was recommended to us by our Home Insurance. *First contact was EXCELLENT. The Receptionist had flawless customer service, and the people who preformed our water/Mold mitigation services were prompt, polite, and amazing to work with! The rest of our renovation was placed with a project manager, Mr. Haynes for **2-4 weeks out.** We agreed, because again, the first experience was perfect.
Since being placed with Mr. Haynes, our project has been put off, and put off. For FIVE months. Something that he has continued to insist is a *small 1-3 day project.* Mr. Haynes was over 20 minutes late for his first inspection months ago, and the problems have not stopped. We paid our deductible back in 03/2022. Then the company vanished. For weeks. He then called with excuses. More vanishing. Then on June 11 2022, he finally showed back up with new contractors. Saying that he couldn't help the delay, that he was only here on Saturday because we have a Disabled Veteran in the home. Etc. We explain that July is an extremely busy month for us. He then says jokingly that there is no way this project will be started that late. Just received another phone call of excuses, saying he *might* be able to start next Wednesday or Thursday, June 29-30. With our Youngest Child's Birthday being next week, we email back to explain that now our availability will be the week of July 5th. IMMEDIATELY responds with a *Vacation response email.* Looks like they took our deposit, and ran. We are also providing many of the materials used, and Mr. Haynes had yet to give us an updated quote. We also got an invoice for the entire amount 4 weeks ago. Mr. Haynes responded with *it's easy to push the wrong button.* Again. Five months of excuses as to why our project has yet to be completed.
