We unfortunately had a tree hit our house during a pop up storm and my son's room sustained water damage. The company was out asap and set up everything needed to dry out the room and carpets. Kyle and Jordan were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. Three days in a row they were here, including the weekend. They were very efficient. They walked us through the process and eased our anxiety a bit. Thanks, guys!

I had a hot water tank burst. Regency came immediately. I had a few inches of water in my home. Gaetano showed up and had things under control within few hours, he was professional, knowledgeable, acted fast, caring about my home, and absolutely knew what he was doing. He saved my condo. Whew where do I start. The experience i had with Emillie, Demeres and the contractors that they hired were all awesome. Emillie took her time with me during the whole process explaining everything along the way. She put herself in my shoes and I didn't feel pressured. I really appreciate them all. They did a solid job. The mold cleaning removed visible growth. In the middle of the service, Kyle Dorsey discussed ventilation improvements. They also handled dryer vent inspection, dryer vent repair, and dryer vent cleaning.

They were professional & completed the roof timely. However I later developed a leek, called numerous time, went by the office and left a note but never a response back. I eventually had a friend call stating she wanted a new roof & got an immediate call back. Once I told them the issue, they said some would return my call to schedule an appointment any nothing.. after several months I had another company fix that leak & a few others I have had.. Horrible workmanship & follow up!!

H&K roofing completed my roof several years ago and I have had several areas that have been leaking. I contacted them numerous times without a call back. After several months I finally received a call back and James scheduled an appointment with me and never showed up. I continued to call and even went to the establishment without a response back. I would not recommend them for such an important job, I have contacted the BBB about this issue. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO YOUR ROOF, unless you want ongoing issues

I recently called J&C company in Jacksonville to take care of a pest problem. Lance arrived on time and quickly got to work. Not only did they take care of the pest control exterminator needs, but they also performed a dryer vent inspection. I wasn’t aware of how clogged my dryer vent was! female tech and she ignored me and left the broken fan behind. Later, the company took off one day of charge for the broken fan instead of all the days. Worse, I asked them to come back out to retest for moisture because of the broken fan and they said they would charge me! So I have no way of knowing if there is moisture/mold because of the broken fan. The female tech had an attitude and if she didn't care about leaving a broken fan then she didn't care about the quality of her work. This company is not customer service friendly nor are they competant, or maybe they would have better service to a man. I would definitely go with another company.

We had a leak in the bathroom that effected the hallway wooden floor and baseboards. They came out quickly to survey the damage and gave us a plan to dry things out and fix the damage. They placed several blowers that ran for days and came to check on them daily. They are very professional and responsive. Everything is back to normal now. We could not be happier.
