Had a problem with my AC. K.O. came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me their recommendation. Decided to obtain second opinions and ended up doing repair myself. Repair was relatively simple. Contacted management about my concern that the issue was such a simple repair. Management was extremely courteous and offered to refund my service fee. Thank you K.O. for doing the right thing!

This review is for the two people that I had the pleasure of interacting with at K&O Electric.
After receiving the request from my management, Brandy promptly called and left a message for me. Once I was able to return her call, she was thorough in receiving necessary details for the repair.
Within a few days, Zach arrived at my apartment home and assessed the requested repair. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him attending to the service request.
I truly appreciate the representatives that offered me such exemplary service at K&O Electric and would recommend!

Says open til 5. Now I find out the store is closed at 4. Would not accommodate because I did not have an existing account despite me having a preferred professional card issued to me by my apprenticeship that can only be used at Graybar. Not happy at all!

What a joke! NO ONE answers the phone. The mailbox is full. Leave a message an we will return your call. It's been three weeks trying to get someone/anyone to answer the phone.

Called Jacksonville phone number looking for hard wire smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
Was transferred to three people!
Then I found out I had been transferred to Tallahassee! Why?
The first person answered after the phone rang a ridiculously long time! As it was ringing, I checked to make sure I had dialed correctly.
The first two women I talked to could not have acted more bored.
I have never been impressed by Graybar, and the service today just confirmed that things have not changed. How they stay in business I will never know. I tried using their services in 1976 in Lake Charles, LA and even back then, I had the same kind of service. It is called no service.

I was driving down Southside Blvd this morning (7/20/16) around 7:45 when I saw one of your trucks. The driver was doing an excellent job. He was paying close attention and was very courteous. I was not able to get his truck number but I would like to commend him. Have a great day!
