After multiple calls their pricing was the best. It allowed me to have additional things done. They were punctual in their work schedule. They cleaned up after themselves. They took care of little things. I had electrical, front steps tore out and new ones built, a closet converted to a pantry, other miscellaneous items. They made me happy in all that they did. Brad and his group went above and beyond to complete the project on the house. My house required two new windows installed. Well, during process Brad discovered the unknown issue - termites. He immediately called me explained what needs to be done to fix the issue. He also attached pictures of the damage. Needless to say, work was perfect and was done the same day ( please keep in mind that Brad had to go and get extra wood and supplies to complete the job.) He is a great person and I definitely recommend him to anyone.

This was the second time Brad has done work for me on older houses. This time involved a steep roof with chimney siding that needed replacement. Brad and crew placed scaffolding on the roof and accomplished the repair quickly with solid, great-looking results. Brad is definitely the most capable of contractors, you can't do better.

Brad is a great constructor. He was very helpful with explaining what needs to be done and why it has to be done certain way. Previous person who was working on my house did not do a good job and Brad and his team came to the rescue. Job was done perfectly, in timely manner, and honestly. I will definitely give him a call when I am ready for my next project around the house.

Brad and his crew did an amazing job on our project! We would highly recommend them to others. Our project started with us taking down some old wallpaper to discover that the Sheetrock was damaged and there was mold from a leak. The room was took back to the studs. There was new insulation installed and new drywall hung. They also replaced a header above a double window that had water damage. At the end of the job, we decided to put a new bedroom door/jam in and they were able to work that into the project too. Brad is very knowledgeable about his trade. He shared details throughout the project and gave my husband and I helpful tips for future projects. Even on days were he was not on site, he was excellent at communicating exactly what his crew would be doing on that day. We are very happy with the results of our project!

We contracted with Bracey Building Contractors for the complete remodel of a 1926 home. After considering several contractors, we selected Brad because he was the most engaged with us making design decisions and working to stay within our budget and timeline constraints. The remodel included foundation repair and waterproofing; installation of a new bathroom; reconfiguring interior walls; complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, appliances, flooring, and lighting; complete redesign/rebuild front porch; new brick porches; plumbing; and electrical re-wiring. He and his team did it all. Throughout the project Brad and his crew were professional and really worked to make sure we were happy with the work. And he was always transparent about costs and worked with us to keep everything on budget. We highly recommend Brad and his team.

He is already approved by many of the renovation loan providers and does excellent work! But here is what really sets him apart from my experiences with other contractors....If Brad doesn't answer his phone, he actually does return calls! He and his team do not leave a mess. When we used him to rebuild our front porch and repair our kitchen after an upstairs leak came through the ceiling, they cleaned up after themselves every day so it did not feel like we were in the middle of a construction zone. They show up when they are supposed to. Their work is great! On the rare occasion something is not done to a customer's satisfaction, they are quick to remedy. Selling properties has many challenges, but I know when my customers come across something that needs to be handled, no matter how small or how big a project, I always recommend Brad to them. Their satisfaction with Brad and his team help me get even more referrals! I happily endorse him and consistently recommend him to my other agent friends who have customers who need his services!
