The conversation with Michelle was both respectful and fun. She kept things professional while adding humor in a way that felt effortless and genuine.

We had a total kitchen remodel, plumbing, flooring and new walls, doors and baseboards installed. We cannot say enough about our experience with Brad and his crew. (Amazing) On the day he came to discuss plans, my sink was clogged. He worked on fixing it on a Friday evening, which turned into new plumbing (we expected this). He handled all aspects perfectly. He and his crew are very experienced in everything we needed done.
He gave suggestions on plans, materials, where to pick materials and let me design my kitchen, but made sure my ideas would work. He worked around our crazy schedules, cats and dogs. He takes pride in his work and makes sure it is well constructed and done right. He is fair on pricing and honest. He is reachable by phone, text or email and responses quickly. I would recommend him 1000% . I love my new home. We are really happy to have found him.

As a general contractor and craftsman, Brad is truly exceptional. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Brad and Bracy Building. He is completely committed to holding his team’s work to the highest of standards and is the most professional general contractor that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Further, Bracy Building is fast, efficient, and effective. They completely rebuilt my space in record time to meet my extremely tight deadline. Most importantly, if a challenge cropped up on my project site, then Brad took care of it immediately and was not afraid to get his own hands dirty. Very impressed.

I can't say enough about Bracey Building Contractors. From the outset, their efficiency and speed were remarkable. Brad went above and beyond my expectations, showing a commitment to excellence that sets him apart. His attention to detail, professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly shine. The communication throughout the project was seamless, and Brad was always responsive to my needs and concerns. Oftentimes, thinking twilights ahead of what I thought I needed or wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend Brad for any construction work; his professionalism, skill, and genuine care for his clients make him a standout contractor. If you're looking for someone who delivers outstanding results with a strong work ethic, Brad is the go-to expert. Highly, highly recommended!

Let me just say this: my house had a full-on glow-up. I have the pics to prove it. Brad and his team didn’t just replace siding — they ripped off every inch of our old T1-11 and wrapped the whole place in Hardy board like my house had been accepted into a witness protection program. Fresh paint? Check. New gutters? Check. New windows? Check. Basically, my home now looks like the model house in a new development where people drive by and whisper, “Someday…”
And the electrical work? Forget about it. Rewired the entire house and even added a generator box so when Florida storms roll in, I can flip the switch and pretend I’m the only one on the block who still pays the electric bill. They even thought ahead, I now have an outlet ready for the glorious stock tank pool I will have one day (manifesting pool party vibes ✨), and another outlet by the fence so my husband can plug in his Traeger smoker and I don’t have to hear him complain about tripping over the 100ft extension cord we would have to use anymore. Worth every penny just for that.
But wait… there’s more. They didn’t stop with the house. They marched straight into my jungle of a yard and performed landscaping miracles. The front now has nice rock work that makes me feel like I should charge people admission to walk by. The backyard? Oh honey, that’s not a backyard anymore — that’s a resort. Pavers, artificial turf, sun shades, and rock so nice my dogs are confused why they’re allowed to walk on them.
Speaking of dogs — these are not dainty lapdogs. I’ve got three giant beasts with enough energy and pee power to destroy every square inch of sod I’ve ever laid down (multiple times). But thanks to turf, pavers, and rock, the backyard now laughs in the face of canine chaos.
Long story short: my house went from “meh” to “magazine spread,” and I didn’t have to sell a kidney to do it. Before-and-after pictures don’t even do it justice — but trust me, you’ll want to see them anyway. If you’re on the fence about hiring this company, hop off that fence before it rots like my old siding did, and call them.

Brad and his team created a beautiful back yard pergola for us. Great communication, awesome workmanship, and a great price. Strongly recommend!

I hired Brad to do a 900 plus square foot add on to my existing house. This was a fully self supported living area for my parents with living rm, sun rm, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. This was not your everyday simple job. I live on the edge of a bluff which required an in depth and complex level of structural development and support, not a project for an average contractor. The add on turned out awesome. Brad and his crew did a great job. Brad is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough contractor. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and a high level of quality. His attention to detail, communication, and dependability are qualities that made this experience a success.

All weather is by far the worst business that I have encountered in Jacksonville. Their level of unprofessionalism and poor communication is outrageous. It took literally 8 plumbers to identify a leak that was later identified my building maintenance man.each time they assured me that it was “their best guy” coming out. Meanwhile because of their lack of attention to the real issue, my whole ceiling was ruined as well as my floor and floor boards. This caused me a delay in listing my condo for sale. They agreed to “make it right” and fix the ceiling and paint the area that was messed up. They came out and did the repair for the ceiling and then ghosted me. The person who did the ceiling repair left my light hanging and ruined the floors/walls even more with what ever he used to texture the ceiling. When I called to inquire when they would be able to paint, they decided to have amnesia and act like they never agreed to it. Also to add, I had to call them several times to get anyone out. I would not recommend this business to anyone. My condo’s use them as a contractor all the time and I’m going to make sure to voice my opinion at the next board meeting. STAY AWAY and find someone else who knows how to keep their word and properly complete the job. All they did was force me to pay more for someone else to come out and fix what they ruined.

I would like to tell you about the experiences I have had with AWC. I am on the property management side of the business. I specialize in distressed properties that go through rehabs. This is the first time that I have ever worked with such an organized project and where I see the project manager in the field all the time. I am able to ask her anything about her project and she can answer without having to get back with me. Lori Fox has made this project a breeze. She has met every deadline and was able to get every scope of work completed before the completion date. Out of every contractor I have ever worked with she has done the best. She loves and breathes the job and her passion for the project shows. This job was so Smooth it made me want to go back to the contractor side. Thank you Lori for making my job easy. You did that by doing suck a great job on your end.

Great service at a fair price!
Chris P, the technician from All Weather, returned my "after hours" call within minutes of reporting an issue on a Sunday afternoon. He promptly arrived in less than 20 minutes. I was immediately impressed with his demeanor, candor, and superb professionalism. Chris thoroughly explained his diagnostic process step-by-step and quickly identified the reason that our A/C was not cooling. I can not understate how impressed I was with his knowledge and willingness to answer (& educate) all of my questions. My issue was fully resolved within an hour at a price that was more than market value fair.
As a service director for an automotive department, I recognize just how valuable it is to have a high quality asset like Chris representing your organization. It is the customer facing employees that represent & define any business. All Weather should be very proud to have Chris P representing them when the service call goes out.
    Thank you

I've had the pleasure of working with All Weather Contractors for years now through my company and would like to recognize them accordingly. Matt Karle and Michael Flye are two team leaders who are responsive, professional, informative, and provide varying repair options and suggestions for all budgets. The two technicians I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday were Alan and Clayton - they worked carefully, patiently, and provided all around five star service. I am very grateful and will continue to recommend All Weather for all service needs. Thank you.
