The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. We’ve already been enjoying the space every day. Paul is AMAZING!!! We were not home when he installed our vinyl windows and he went above and beyond to get the job done. He was very professional, made sure all debris was cleaned before departing and sent pics when the job was complete. We are so Happy with the results!

Lifetime added a screened lanai to the back of our house. The project had to work its' way through the company backlog of about 7 months. Lifetime had solutions for keeping our AC working through the construction process by doing some extra work on their part without charging an extra. Lifetime rebated monies to us for work we performed separately without being asked.
When the project started it was completed in a timely and professional manner.
We are happy with our investment.

This is my 3rd time using Lifetime Enclosures and each one has been excellent. This most recent time I had them replace the vinyl windows and doors with glass windows and doors. The quality of the materials is very good. The installation is even better. Paul was the person who took care of the installation work and was exceptional. He was on time, professional and obviously took great pride in his work. He left the job site cleaner than how he found it. The staff at the company did a great job of keeping in touch with me from the time I signed the agreement until the work was complete and inspected. While I wish the overall costs were lower, I know that quality is never cheap, so I am very satisfied with the value of the project and the results.

Very happy with the end result! We needed extra space in our home, and the sunroom addition delivered exactly the square footage we were looking for. Gavin and his crew were fast, professional, and left the property spotless. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Lifetime Enclosures.

A special shout-out is in order for Jen Payne, John Forbis, and William who were all instrumental during the whole process.. Our construction & installation went superbly. Any question or concern we had was addressed promptly. I'd recommend your company to anyone who is considering an enclosure of this sort as a welcome addition to their home. Both interactions with the concrete and electrical subcontractors went very smoothly too. I'd like to mention William, as well as his cohort, Derrick, who was present for nearly all the construction / installation. Those two men worked tirelessly from the time their truck appeared until it was time to knock off at the end of the day. With the exception of a very short lunch break, they never stopped. Their drive and determination was evident in the quality of the end product. There was never any doubt that William was in charge of the evolution and had set clear-cut goals for each and every day they were on site. The final proof of quality and professionalism came at the end of the project when it was time for the final county inspections. All went exceptionally well, and with ZERO discrepancies!

My heart-felt thanks to all involved, to include, but certainly not limited to: (1) the folks in the back-shop who did the fabrication, (2) the engineer who did the design review and approval, and (3) to John Forbis who addressed our many questions, as this was all uncharted territory for us. Outstanding customer service from the start to the finish. We can not be any happier with the final project, Lifetime was so easy to work with even when we made last minute changes. Will and Derrick showed up every morning ready to work, asked if we had any concerns and answered all our questions and concerns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lifetime.

I have a sunroom with lifetime warranty that was transfered to Lifetime Enclosures. Over the 20+ years of owning the sunroom I have had to use Lifetime Enclosures for some minor repairs. Each time I have contacted them--and speak with anyone ---I get extremely good customer service, continued follow up to project, and most of all quality work. I have had the same technician come to my home three times in 15 years and his name is Lee and I remember him each time because he is professional, courteous, friendly but most of all does top notch work and goes above and beyond each time he comes. In speaking with him I know his long time service with this company and when a company has long time employees---that says something about the company and the quality. I always recommend Lifetime Enclosures to anyone needing a new sunroom or repairs. You will receive great customer service and a sunroom they stand behind.

Lifetime Enclosures did a great job on my screen enclosure and glass enclosure. As with any major project there were hiccups but lifetime enclosures handled them perfectly and without any pushback. The only negative thing was that it took 7 months for Lifetime to start my project. I was told it could be up to 6 months and I was in no hurry so it didn’t matter but if you’re wanting a quick start date you’ll be disappointed. With that said the end result is great and Mike, Danny and Jen were all easy to work with and responded to all my concerns.
If you’re willing to wait you won’t be disappointed!

Phenomenal experience, and phenomenal screening. I had two easy interactions with Lifetime Enclosures: First, a representative came to my home and measured out the area, and helped me select the screen type. Once we had all approvals, Steve came out to screen in my lanai all in one go. He was very friendly, skilled, and offered a great tutorial on how to utilize the door and care for the screen. A true one-man army!

We are very happy with the project we had with Lifetime Enclosures! ! The staff and the team worked with us it was very professional and very careful with the details.

The people are friendly overall. Thats not the issue. The issue is with the quality os the screen they installed on my fairly massive backyard screened-in lanai. Since the day I purchased it, I have sent maybe a couple thousand in replacing screens that have shredded or just simply come loose. Lee who works in the repair/maintenance division is a master at his job and repaired the screens excellently. I reckon it for him for the cheap quality of the screens that Lifetime Enclosures provides us customers with. The manager in the past has tried to help me as much as he could given the amount of issues I’ve had with my screens again coming apart/shredding, but in the end, I guess his ability to cover things could only go so far. I’ve owned the screen porch for not quite seven years now, and based on my experience with Lifetime Enclosures in the past in which I had a small screen in porch put in. I never once had an issue in the five years that I had it. Other screened-in porches I’ve never had this issue before. I was told that it may be the production of the screen itself that they’re currently using and have been using that maybe the issue that is causing the early degradation. What I do know is it’s cost me more money than I ever expected, and this has been a sincere regret. I’m not saying don’t use Lifetime Enclosures but seriously scrutinize what screen you got hopefully you won’t have the same issue as me. Good luck with your backyard adventures.!

Really enjoying our screened enclosure extending our patio. Experience with Lifetime was great when began with Eddy walking us through the process and showing the warehouse where things get done! Staff was great keeping us updated through entire process and ended with Steve doing a great job putting up the enclosure. Overall great experience. Thank you!

The installation of your aluminum windows and door to replace our original screens really gives us functional space to enjoy our porch. They look great and performance of each large sash is so smooth and convenient. We now have a new relaxation room overlooking the lawn and palm trees and we love it.

Sharon has some disability issues and she can now comfortably utilizes the area which was not possible before.

Additionally, we are very happy with the paver patio extension that was added to our small patio room. The size is perfect for our GreenEgg grill, table and small cabinet. We are currently searching for additional furniture, plants and landscaping to finish things off for the open air patio.

First of all, I’m not one to write reviews. In my experience, most of the time you get what you pay for. I guess a review is warranted if something is extremely bad or extremely good. In this situation, my experience with Lifetime Enclosures is extremely good. I’ve used them three times, screen enclosure, then they added vinyl windows, and my latest project was replacing everything for a fully enclosed and insulated glass enclosure. I did my research, read reviews, and decided to use Lifetime Enclosures. Im a perfectionist, and look at everything from an attention to detail perspective. This glass enclosure/Florida room came out absolutely amazing. I tried to find a flaw after the job was completed, believe me, I could not find one. From the initial contact through the entire process, I never had a problem. Matt and his team did a perfect and beautiful installation. I’ll go back to my initial statement “you get what you pay for”. I’ve learned the hard way, pay once cry once, and this is the perfect example looks beautiful is well made and will last a Lifetime.
