Wish you could give negative stars for this company. He is a scam artist and will rip you off.

A great company with amazing service. Couldn't imagine anyone else working on our pool enclosure lighting!
-
We’ll done! Paul and his team were extremely hard working through one of the hottest days of the Summer. We are very happy with the result.

Called Paul for an estimate to compare prices from another company. He stated "oh your shopping around, trying to say a thousand dollars". Paul's pricing was significantly higher (no biggie, just a no go for me). He asked what the other guy quoted, I replied significantly lower, he repeated his question. I said lower. HE HUNG UP. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Attitude was no appreciated. If you want someone who is rude...this is your guy.

Overall Grade: D
This review is sectioned into 3 part to give an honest assessment of each phase of project. Project started on August 3, 2020 and was not completed until Sep 9 2020. Project included the following work:
1. Set Footers. Lay and sand pavers (1 inch thickness for concrete area; 21/2 inch thickness for grass area) for area roughly 25’ x 40’
2. Construct screened enclosure to cover entire area
3. Install nebula lighting in screened enclosure
Pavers: Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC indicated during estimate that he had a specific crew that would come and lay pavers. This was not the case. Contractor attempted to train day workers on laying pavers which was a failure. Two workers were asked to leave the property due to rudeness and lack of work ethic. Workers changed frequently, all of them unskilled. Over 3 weeks were spent putting down pavers and picking them up for relaying, by far, the most frustrating part of the entire project. There was a ton of paver waste. Additionally, the pitch was incorrect which left chairs sitting uneven and the feeling of falling forward. After the fourth iteration of paver pickup to try to correct these issues, we demanded a seasoned crew to lay the pavers as was previously promised. Paver work was finally subcontracted out; subcontracted workers picked up all pavers and re-laid them in one day, returning to sweep sand in cracks the next day. As of this review, Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC does not have the manpower, technical expertise or resources for installing pavers paving. There was only one worker who showed up consistently every day. Save yourself a lot of angst and frustration by subcontracting paver work yourself or make Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC put in writing that paver portion of your job will be contracted out to a seasoned crew.
Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC paver install Grade: F
Paver subcontractor grade: A+
Screened Enclosure: Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC once again did not possess the necessary manpower to get this work done in a timely fashion. Work was accomplished by one or as many a three people on any given day. Took 2 weeks to complete screened enclosure due to lack of manpower, appropriate tools and materials. Florida Lighting Enclosure attempted to use warped and scratched rail material on project. Price for project was to include using new materials and not scraps. Had to remind Contractor what was promised.
Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC Screened Enclosure Grade: C
Nebula Lighting Install: Excellent installation of lighting in ceiling rails. So far lighting system works as promised.
Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC Nebula light install Grade: A
Summary – Until Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC can solve its skilled manpower and supply issues, recommend this company be used for installation of lighting only. We spent too much of our time pointing out obvious job errors and having the contractor agree with us, so frustrating Screen Enclosure Lighting LLC represented they had a lot of experience in all aspects this job, but as weeks unfolded it was clearly evident, they should just stick to lighting. If you decide to use this company, make sure to get everything in writing and keep a very close eye. -
Owning a pressure washing business, sometimes we find weak screens. Paul has helped me out multiple times in replacing screens! He’s always prompt and does it the day he says he will. He will continue to get screen replacements from me!

It was such a pleasure doing business with Paul. I’ve been having horrible experiences with different contractors from my pool to my outdoor kitchen. It’s such a breath of fresh air to finally find an honest and decent company. I called them last week and they installed my lights today. They worked all day through heavy rain. The picture I posted does not do justice to the lights. It’s simply stunning. Thanks again Paul!!!

Lights look great. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Can’t comment on quality of work, but cut me off and nearly caused an accident at 9B and 95. Please drive safely.

My wife and I moved down from New England and had a home built in Fernandina Beach. We had a large screened enclosure and swimming pool installed along with our home.
Once in, we realized that although we had underwater lights and a few harsh ceiling lights in the lanai area, we need something more. We attended the Home Show in Jacksonville last year and met Paul from Screen Enclosure Lighting. We discussed his lighting designs and agreed to have him out to our home to present his system and provide us with a proposal.
Due to a short delay because of COVID issues, the installation was completed in the summer.
We went with Nebula lights in trusses and corridor lights along the sides.
The installation went smoothly and we are more than happy with the outcome.
We have had several neighbors over to see the lighting and they have all been impressed. In fact, several have had Paul come out and give them proposals for their specific configurations. -
We got a number of different quotes for our screen lighting. Whole Screen Enclosure Lighting was not the cheapest, (or the most expensive) they were by far and away the best value, they explained my options and suggested the best option that would give us the lighting we wanted and not just the option that would generate the most revenue for them and to match the great service with a great product couldn’t ask for a better company to work with
