I highly recommend Kendale there professionalism is 2nd to none.

Website looked good, touted professionalism from the moment you call..
Then I called and it was a lady with bad English who sounded confused and had me on speaker phone telling me nobody is available and to email them my project, I asked who to address on the email and she said, nobody.. Yeaaa real professional.

Not even worth one star. Don't depend on their warranty; they won't stand behind it. Better have them initial off on EVERYTHING they promise. Because their promises are non-existent. Pick another contractor. Even city inspectors will say there has been trouble in their so called paradise!!!

The project manager managed his crew each and every day while also working around our employees with respect and thoughtfulness. He made sure that everything was taken care of. Every so often you find just the right person for a job. After deciding to build a 650+ sq ft addition onto my 100year old cottage in San Marco, I found such a person in Mike Braniff of River City General Contractors Inc.

From start to finish Mike was readily available for questions, and communication was never an issue. Potential cost overruns were discussed before they took place and money saving options were offered at various times during the project. The project was completed ahead of schedule and went from groundbreaking to final inspectoon in just over 3 months.

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by his work crews and technicians. When there were potential service interruptions they would always proceed only after they ensured the outage would create minimal impact for me. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely use this company again. Good job guys!
