These guys are on top of things and work hard to keep you in the know as the process winds up n down. They have a great handle on insurance and retail with roofing, remodeling, etc. and their pricing is very fair. They communicate very well and are there until the very end of the project.

They were amazing at first to file my insurance claim to get approved but then I had zero communication for when I was scheduled other than when I called and even then the roofers showed up unexpectedly. Then he assured me he’d come do a second sweep of the lawn for nails which never happened and a lot of my friends and I have found some in our shoes and my lawn guy apparently got derailed bc of one that messed up his equipment. Just wish the communication and enthusiasm followed through til the end.

Update: there was a re-org which messed up the scheduling. Once the issue was realized they brought me the inspection and warranty info and came the next day in the rain to sweep for more nails. I can only give 4 stars because of the scheduling kerfuffle but if not for that it would have been 5.
