As a local realtor, I deal with a lot of contractors and not one has even come close to the level of customer service that I received from Trey. From our very first phone call to having the roof completely replaced, Trey was with us every step of the way. He even made sure we selected a product that had a transferrable warranty for the new owners. He is extremely knowledgable and customer oriented which in turn guarantees that his clients are served to the best of his ability. From here on out, Trey will be my only recommendation when it comes to anything related to a roof.

I am extremely pleased with Bill and Erving for their assistance with my insurance claim. They not only expertly navigated the complexities of the claim but also managed to get my roof done for only the cost of my deductible. They were relentless, and never gave up,  turning what seemed like an endless process into a quick and successful resolution.

Team did a great job. They did everything they said they were going to do. Good supervision over the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Very happy with World Construction. Had been trying to get a contractor out for some hard to do painting on my roof gable. I called and they said they’d come right out and give me a quote. They did exactly that, it was affordable, and then they came and did the job when they said they would and did a good job at the same time. The guys, Erving and I think Trevor, were professional, quick, and as mentioned did a very good job. I will definitely be going back to them for my future work. It’s always nerve racking to hire new contractors, but I am impressed and very happy to have a go to now!

I first learned of world Construction when Brian came by and noticed the disrepair my roof was in and how it was likely from storm damage. He was able to work with my insurance and point out the damage so that they completely covered the replacement minus the deductible! Once the paperwork was complete and his team of roofers showed up, they worked quickly and were very respectful of my property, not leaving messes everywhere that I had to clean up afterwards. The foreman kept me up to speed on all timelines and made sure his guys did a superb job! I can’t say enough good things about them or the whole process from beginning to end!

Brandon and Brian did an amazing job completely renovating my house. They kept me in the loop consistently with weekly updates and addressed any concerns I had immediately. Any change requests I had they were quick to respond and requote me for. They took complete ownership on mistakes they made, which is unheard of in this industry. I needed a new roof and unfortunately had to pay 100% out of pocket. World Construction offered a fair price, great product and excellent service. They explained in detail the process and answered all of my questions. They completed the job as scheduled. My roof is beautiful, I had no issues whatsoever. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof that was installed by World Construction. Besides replacing the existing roof. They created a pitch on the flat portion of the roof to eliminate the standing water issue that had always existed. They also replaced the 50 year old air conditioning duct work that was on the roof and had always been a problem. Trey Jeffries monitored the job from beginning to the end and Jose and his crew performed a completely professional installation. This was by far the best roofing job I’ve ever had on my home.

My roof was 17 years old and leaking. My insurance carrier sent me a non renewal notice, so prompt replacement was needed. I met with several contractors after checking the Better Business, sunbiz and Yelp for reviews. I chose World Construction as they were prompt and professional. I am a property claims adjuster and have been on many a roof. I have been patronized and dismissed as a woman homeowner in the past. Brian Wilkins was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I am very pleased with my roof. The roofers were able to install the shingles roof in one day. The roof is 6/12 pit hed with multiple slopes. The rotten sheathing and soffits were replaced also. So my story has a happy ending. My non renewal was reversed and my roof doesn't leak!

I needed a new Spanish tile roof. I am in my 80’s. The salesman, Trey Jeffries from World Construction came to my home and I hired them. I wrote a check for approximately $16,000 (30% down). The crew from world construction came to do my roof. After two days, they all walked off the job. One of the crew contacted me and told me they walked off the job because they were not being paid. My roof was left in disarray for a couple of weeks. Every few days one or two men would come by and do a little work, but that was it. After I complained and called numerous times, World Construction hired a temporary crew to do my $43,000 Spanish tile roof. This crew had no idea what they were doing and had never put on a tile roof before. I know this because one of the workers told me so. When the roof was finally completed, it did not pass inspection. World Construction then hired their own private inspector to get it to pass. Insurance companies will not insure me because they say there are problems with my roof. The insurance company’s inspector said my roof inspection failed. Nothing on this roof was done correctly. This roof was done at the end of 2023 and I have had 3 leaks since then. During one leak, my entire garage ceiling caved in. Since the very beginning, I have asked, begged and pleaded with World Construction to give me a proper roof. They come and patch patch patch and it’s never right. Now that I have another leak, I have decided to start over with an entire new roofing company and yet another new roof. I will be hiring a lawyer to sue World Construction and I would advise anyone against using them. World construction saw an old lady with money miles away and took advantage of that. The owner of World Construction, Damien Starkey, took full advantage of me and stole my hard earned money.
