Do Not Use this Company if USAA refers you to one of their contractors. The Contractor I had was extremely rude with me on numerous occasions. They wanted me to get cheaper products than what I originally had. They have been overpaid by USAA and will not give an itemized bill. They are Terrible. The Contact Resolutionist will not return calls at all. My USAA adjuster seems to side with them, also. CC threw me under the bus by telling the Contractor I Said I won't sign the check until they give me an itemized bill. There is so much on the USAA estimate that was paid for that the contractor never did.
And, the deductible was paid twice. $2000.00 by me and USAA messed up and paid them an extra $2000, too. Forgetting to deduct my deductible from their payment. They are absolutely terrible. I am assigned Jackie at CC it's bern 2 weeks and I have called her daily and she refuses to call back. Stay Away from this company if USAA refers you to them.

We had a major issue with Rapid Response with an insurance claim. Contractors Connection stepped up and found us Jenkins Restoration to clean up Rapid Response's mess. They were above and beyond Fantastic, professional and detailed, Because of them our kitchen and bathroom look amazing.

This company is by far the most unprofessional company I've had to work with. We were penny pinched down to the end. They never completed my scope of work and broke things in my home. There seems to be no resolution in sight. We will obtain an attorney. It has been 2 years of headaches, no responses & what I feel is a scam. Class Action is what I'm thinking, as apparently, many have been placed in the same predicament as myself. Action Construction is the group that we were assigned. Run.

Amazing Company to work with. They are very knowledgable and helpful throughout the claim process. Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with is very helpful. Will continue working with them and referring others to them.

My insurance used Contractor Connection to find a company to repair a water damage project. Contractor Connection linked us up with the worst company imaginable. All the work needs to be redone bc it’s so dysfunctional. Despite numerous complaints throughout, outside contractors confirming the shoddy workmanship, and 11k estimates showing what we are forced to pay out of pocket in order to repair THEIR mess, contractor connection and the nightmare contractor are only offering $700 credit contribution towards their failure. See ya all in court!

Efficient!! Had experiences with other companies that had given me the run around as far as deadlines and pricing, but these guys have shown me that professionalism is not dead in this line of work. Great attention to detail as sometime when a job is rushed the little details get overlooked, however this isn't the case here! Friendly staff and fair pricing. I would recommed them to anyone!!

Wang his now adult son have done work for both our bussunus and our residtial property. When our home had flood damage he came and replaced our flooring as well as repaint our walls. He has done work for us several times over the years and has amazing attention to detail.. So how did we first hook-up with Wang? I have a Korean wife and so she got his card at the Korean grocery store New World Food Mart...ao my wife does the talking while I just stand bac lost in transltion LOL

Great company! They did a great job remodeling my bathroom. It looks beautiful and actually looks better than I expected. Price was very reasonable. They finished well ahead of schedule which is very rare for a contractor. They will be my first call the next time I remodel.

Our Bathroom renovation went better than expected. It now looks awesome! They went above and beyond by doing the little things that really make a difference. I spent 3 months contacting different contractors only to get over priced estimates and to be put on a waiting list for 5 months. Hanul Construction started on time and finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend them everyone who needs work done.

They remodeled my entire bathroom and it was only 2 weeks. This company is great. They show up on time with all the materials and do not spend most of the time talking on the phone and texting. They work hard and can do anything. I will use them to redo my kitchen when the time comes. If I could give 10 stars I would. Once they quote you a price, they stick to it no matter what problems arise. If a problem does arrive, they can fix it no problem. Best contractors I ever hired in 20 years being a home owner. They are very professional, courteous, and have integrity!!!

I have done a lot of work with Silcox Contracting and found Bill to be highly ethical and thorough in his work. We worked on many foreclosures together and he never cut corners and always did a quality job. I would highly recommend his company.

one of their drivers just rode my cars ass for miles even though my car was going 5 over the speed limit, swerving in the lanes, and almost hit the rear of my car when stopping at a red light. if i was ever going to consider this company this has changed my mind.

Not too bad of an establishment. They get the job complete and do it an a timely manner. Two of the best electricians I know of work there. Not the prettiest work but I'm sure it's cheap. I'd use there services any day of the week. 👍

My company was contracted out to do this company’s lawn care. We did a full clean up job on the property and then kept it up as contracted to do. I still have not received one payment on any of the work my crew and business had done for this company. You call they put you off, you email invoices they say they haven’t received anything, you mail same thing. So good luck to anyone else who tries to do lawn care for them. You’ll end up literally upside down. So I want to say thank you so much guys
