-
Amazing company, who truly takes pride in all they do.
-
what an absolute shower of rubbish, poor workmanship, terrible management by crawfords, always blaming the contractor to get themselves off the hook, the sooner they go out of business the better for everybody
-
Great place to get emergency repairs ( I never wrote this) I was shocked to see my name. This company is nasty and mean. Total shock to see my name.
-
My husband applied and some lady asked for money to insure him before he signed any contract. Smells fishy!
-
This is a third party company. Sole purpose is to reduce your insurance claim

Without CCC I wouldn't be able to afford the nice things I have now. Plus get full off free coffee. Very nice selections of vending machines. However get company...

Daafram (Marketing Manager) is entirely unprofessional in his follow-up responsibilities. This company truly is a waste of time for any individual.

They arent the worst TPA to deal with, but they are a TPA and dealing with TPAs is a pain. I am not sure if it is turnover in the company or what but the reviewers come off as having little to no understanding of the work to which they review.

This company is absolute garbage. I was referred to them by USAA insurance for my homeowners claim after a natural disaster and they don’t answer the phone, don’t answer emails and the one in ten times that they do get back to you they don’t follow up on anything they said they would. Complete waste of time, absolutely useless company. Don’t bother contacting them, they are too lazy to get back to you anyways.

Started a dispute on a terrible contractor. Received a standard email asking for information and photos. Spent two days working on it and never received any response to emails or phone calls. Contractor threatened with lien and court mud dragging. Was left to be victimized by bully contractor who forced signing a separation agreement.

USAA should not be recommending this organization. If you use them in Austin, TX., you will need to set aside money for legal fees when the contractor does not complete the job as agreed and then puts a defective lien on your home because you won't pay for poor quality. I do have extensive documentation and photos of dealing with a contractor they recommended here in Austin. Once my legal issues are over---I will post additional detail. Until then---avoid USAA's recommendation to use Contractor Connection. As another reviewer shared---they are absolutely non-responsive if the contractor defaults.
I will update with photos soon. -
Contractor Connection was hired by USAA due to a problem with our contractor. Ms. Britney won't answer sometimes for more of them a week. Now she sends us an email saying that she and our contractor agree only to fix some spots. Our contract says that they need to do the entire work because they ask our insurance for that money and was approved. I don't know how they are willing to let this Disaster restoration company commit fraud. She had never been in our house to investigate she let the contractor tell her whatever and agree without our consent. These people need a BBB investigation.

I don't have the time to write everything here that was done wrong with my claim. I was sent to these jokers by my insurance company, after the previous contractor went out of business. If you get stuck with this company demand your insurance co uses someone else or be prepared to wait FOREVER for anything to be done. They take weeks to get back to you about simple questions or just ignore them and give boiler plate answers. When I finally got them to send an appraiser out to check the damage , they sent someone from their own company (same parent company) . Shockingly he sided with the company and tried to deny my claim. Good riddance!!!
