North beach construction is a very reputable company. We have been looking to renovate our bathroom and we find that NBC has a fair pricing. The works they’ve done to our bathroom is exemplary. We are enjoying the craftsmanship and durability of their design. Luke has been hands on from beginning to end of project. Very responsive and prompt. We would work with them again.

We had Luke and his team renovate our laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Luke took the time to really listen to what we wanted and also offered thoughtful suggestions that improved our original plan. He was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Luke and his team saved us from a nightmare that a different contractor caused. The other contractor worked on our bathroom remodel for 9 months and failed to do much more than demo everything. Luke's team started working on our project and had everything DONE within a month! Additionally, he had to compensate for several mistakes the other company did. The fees he charged were reasonable. His communication was superb. He paid attention to even the tiniest details so we could end up with exactly what we envisioned. We were so pleased that we hired him again immediately for another smaller project. Would HIGHLY recommend using this company for any of your remodeling / construction needs. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!

These guys are great. I hired them to install a new sliding glass door. They completed all work we agreed on and they stuck to their quote, even with having to come out multiple times to finish the drywall repairs and sanding. I will definitely use them again for any future projects. They were timely, affordable, and most importantly do great work.

We’re in the middle of a full backyard improvement project. The roof extension project was the first major step that needed to get done since it ties directly into future permits.

Working with Luke and his team was a great experience from start to finish. The entire process — from permitting and getting the code approvals to kicking off the work and completing the project — was seamless. Luke was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, making sure the new roof blended perfectly with the existing house. The structure is sturdy, well-designed, and built to last.

Drivers and crews always speeding through neighborhoods in company vehicles. Confrontational when asked to slow down. Slow the trucks down, especially when hauling heavy equipment on flatbed trailers, before something tragic happens.

This company set me up with the contractor who 3 months before had an f rated Better Business Bureau rating and changed their name to continue to be in business. This contractor has ruined my home and I've been trying to work with contractor connection to rectify the poor workmanship in the actual damage that was caused to my home while they were supposedly fixing it. To no avail. Stay far away from this company. It took me 10 minutes of Google searching to find this information about my contractor. So I highly doubt that they vet their contractors. And if they do it's probably for only for financials.
I've been working with their customer service department since July trying to rectify the issues. I had to to throw the contractor off of the job in November. And have yet to receive any financial compensation for the work and poor workmanship that was done in my home. Go to the BBB website and read the reviews. I am experincing the exact same service, and experiences as the past customers who have had to gone through this poor process.
