We moved to the Jamestown area from west Jacksonville and had no idea how fast the oak debris piles up down here. Matt cleared everything out a few months back and explained why the valley section between the two roof pitches fills up twice as fast as the rest, since all the runoff from both slopes funnels into that one channel, and why debris packing against the drip edge at the roof line can start pushing water back up under the shingles if it sits long enough.
He also showed us that the gutter hangers along the back corner had started pulling away from the fascia under the weight of wet debris and said if we'd waited much longer we'd have been looking at replacing that whole run. He reset every hanger, confirmed the slope back to the downspout was right, and finished up clean. We set up a regular cleaning schedule after that visit and haven't had a backup since.

We have used this gutter company for our parents place in Baymeadows for going on three years now. The big pine trees out front turn the gutters into a mess twice a year without fail, and the last company we tried before these guys left half the debris on the roof. That has never happened with this gutter service. Last fall they also pointed out a section where the gutter guard had come loose and fixed it while they were up there without making it a whole separate job. Consistent, honest work every single time.

Camilla and her team make coming home a delight as my home was so fresh and clean. No detail overlooked and special touches like at a resort. I leave my dog Marty at home when they come occasionally and they are so good with him makes it easier for me. Such a pleasure to work with. Trust them with my home without a worry. 🥰

I thought my kitchen and bathrooms would have to be re-tiled until a friend recommended Groutsmith. The quoting process and the project termination was impeccable. Quinton left everything looking like new.

**Very disappointing **
Due to the high Google rating I called Groutsmith on Thu, 8/27/20 at 1:40pm, left a message about getting an estimate for some work. Instantly I received a text "Sorry, I'm on a call right now." I received a call back 2 hours later, explained my needs and was told the lead technician would call me to schedule the estimate, when I asked when I might expect to hear from the tech I was told if not that same afternoon then on Friday 8/28/20. I did not receive a call.
Mon, 8/31/20 I sent a text at 10:15am stating I had not heard back from the company and to advise me of the scheduling for the estimate. I didn't hear back.
Tue, 9/1/20 at 10:04am I called the company, explained the events just described and asked if the company was too busy to work with me as I would go with another company. I received no apology for lack of communication, was simply told the company didn't know why I didn't get a call but a text would be sent to the technician to call me. Shockingly I received a text message 10 minutes later stating the company was "unable to accommodate" my request for an estimate but thanked me for my interest in Groutsmith JAX. Wait, what? Yes, that is the level of professional courtesy I received from a company with a 4.8 Google review.
I mean no ill-will toward Groutsmith Jacksonville but it is hard for me to understand the Google rating . The company's Professional Standards as detailed on their website are significantly deficient based on my experience.

The kitchen floor looked new after they deep cleaned tile and sealed grout. The same process was used in the bathroom. It made an incredible difference since most of the walls were tile also. The bathtub was refinished and it turned out beautifully. It's like a new room.

Neil, Quinton, and Steven were extremely efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning and sealing the grout in my entire house. It looks brand new. I highly recommend them!
