Neil was outstanding. He provided pictures of previous work and guided us through the entire process. Great quality and excellent value. Johnny and Seth did a great job sealing and coloring our grout. They were very professional and polite—much attention to detail. They kept us informed as the work progressed and gave us advice on maintenance. The grout treatment gave the tile floor a much richer appearance. We have since recommended Groutsmith to our neighbors and one has already engaged your services.

We had our tiles cleaned and grouted. When it dried, they left spots on the tiles with shoe marks. We don’t use shoes in the house. We told them about it but were told to buy their cleaner to remove them. They didn’t give us a resolution. We gave them a chance to correct it but they didnt.

I am extremely satisfied with Groutsmith in Jacksonville, FL!! Robert and Marcus were outstanding! They were efficient and thorough. They even repaired the damage that the other company created. I am thrilled! These two make a great team and I will be recommending Groutsmith to all of my friends and family.

I spent $900 in November 2024 to have the grout in several rooms of my home professionally sealed. I’ve followed their care instructions exactly—using their Gold formula for regular cleanings and their Green formula every six months for deeper cleanings.

Right from the start, I noticed spots where the sealant was flaking off, exposing the dark, dirty grout underneath. When I called, the staff was always polite and quick to offer touch-ups, which I appreciated at first. But as the months went on, more and more areas started peeling, and it became clear this wasn’t an isolated issue.

Every time I look closely at the floors, I find new areas where the sealant has failed. At this point, I’m honestly not sure if the problem is that the grout wasn’t properly cleaned before sealing or if the products they use just don’t hold up. Either way, it shouldn’t be happening this quickly—especially after spending this kind of money.

While they’ve tried to make it right, I can’t keep taking time off work for endless touch-ups. The whole point of sealing grout was to make cleaning easier and keep the floors looking better. Instead, the flaking sealant has left my grout looking worse than before I paid to have the work done.

Based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.

We got pressure washing on our walkways, house, porch, and screened in patio. They did a great job cleaning the gutters too. The crew was friendly and arrived as scheduled to perform the work. My husband and I were so pleased with the job they did on our house. Our house looks amazing!! We didn’t realize we had such a pretty house under all that dirt! We bought it as a foreclosure and have never seen it this clean. Fantastic results and a very fair price too. We will be repeat customers for sure!!

Spencer is the man! I didn’t get a chance to ask the other gentleman’s name, but he’s the man too! I called this company on 7/13 and Spencer was there a few hours later to give me an estimate. He was very honest about pricing and if what we were asking was doable. (Out garage was a disaster) they showed up exactly on time two days later- yes they fit us in the same week we called!! Our house, driveway, patio, and gutters are all sparkling. These gents were professional, quick, and went above and beyond. Nothing but good things to say about this company. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful experience with Spencer and his team. Quick turn around for service, amazing quality of work and very professional team. The did a wonderful job on my large corner lot white vinyl fence. Kleanview is the company who can restore your faith in hiring a company to clean the exterior of your home and make it look the best it can. They did a really excellent job, from beginning to end, on our home. We had our home washed, our gutters and windows cleaned, areas of the roof washed and porch ceilings hand wiped. Spencer came out on a Saturday to meet and measure for quoting purposes, then he was on site working hard all three days. I was surprised to learn he is not the owner, as he sure handles himself as if he is! He is polite, professional and determined to provide an excellent job. Our home looks so much better now, and I know exactly who I will be calling next time we need any service Kleanview offers. Thank you, Spencer and Kleanview!

KleanView was 5 stars from start to finish. They came out to give a free price estimate the day after we called them, and the gentleman we talked to was very nice. I’ve never had my house pressure washed by a professional before, and I did not expect it to be that much of a difference from doing it myself. But let me tell you - my house, driveway, patio and sidewalk looks absolutely amazing! My house look like it did when I first built it! The guys at KleanView did an awesome job for a VERY decent price. They have my yearly business from now on!

The team was very professional and did an outstanding job on my home/driveway, including removing patio furniture and putting it back exactly as it was.. The results are night and day. Spencer and his team were quick and did a great job; after seeing them at my neighbors house I asked if they could fit me into the schedule sometime soon; and he got back to me very quickly. Very professional team with him and kept everything tidy while working. They did an amazing job!!! my home is surrounded by trees and gets covered in mildew over the years I am due for a new paint job and some of my exterior siding is overdue for repairs and he assured me that I’d have a “Brand New home” when he was done; and did not disappoint and they took care not to damage anymore of the siding that is already in need of repairs. I’m thankful for his work and would recommend to all of my friends; family and near-by neighbors if they ask.
