I can't believe how beautiful are finished shower is. Groutsmith did an absolutely awesome job resurfacing the tile. Its like a brand new shower. We are so pleased!

Amazing work changing our white unsealed grout to match our “wood” tiles. It looks so natural and beautiful! They showed up on time and did a great job. The entire experience, from my first call and the recommendation to change the grout color to the actual work completed today was smooth, easy and flawless! Will definitely be repeat customers.

Found this company at the home show. They came out and did the grout on my 3 bathroom floors and the grout in my master shower and tub.

The floors turned out ok but the shower grout lines and areas around the tub did not match and some areas were missed. Contacting them through email was very slow. I like to have a record of communications but emailing did not work very well. They finally came back out to fix the grout. It appeared to all match and I was pleased.

About two weeks later, the "grout" they put on started coming off and mold is actually coming up under the waterproof grout lines. I emailed them photos of this and asked they contact me. Have not heard from them since.

Can not recommend this company at all due to their shoddy work and poor customer communication.

We had our tile floor grout dyed and sealed. Quintonand Johnny were two very polite, respectful young men who did the work cleanly and professionally. I have no qualms about referring the Groutsmith to anyone.

When it comes to bringing our floors back to life, no one does it better then Jax Groutsmith super tech Kali. Her knowledge and expertise is refreshing. Kali's customer service skills are simply outstanding. I highly recommend this team of grout masters.

OMG...I cannot believe how beautiful my floors turned out. They look brand new...like tile was just layed. I knew the grout was terrible but I had no idea the tile itself was discolored. After Neil and kayla finished cleaning the true color of my tile shown through. Thank you Groutsmith for making me fall in love with my floors again.

Grout Cleaning and Color Sealer Job Looks WONDERFUL!
We recently had the professionals from Groutsmith Jacksonville clean the grout in all the tiled areas of our 16 year old home and they then applied a color sealer. They did an excellent job on all five areas: three bathrooms and the high traffic foyer and kitchen. The floors look like new and I am so happy with the quality of the work performed by the two-person team. I recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

Groutsmith did a fantastic job on our tiles and grout. Not only do the tiles look new, it gives our house a "new home" feel. I recommend highly!!!

Johnny and Quentin did an amazing Job! We bought our house a year ago as a new build. The builder put white grout….Needless to say it sis not stay white for long. My grout with the color seal looks brand new! Johnny and Quentin completed the job quickly as well! I would highly recommend using Groutsmith!

Neil, Jesse, Tabitha were a wonderful crew. On time and straight to work. Each of them was friendly and courteous...taking time to explain their process and inviting me to inspect the work. They made 20 year old tile floors and baths look new. I appreciated their clear instructions on the best follow up cleaning practices.

We had our shower and bathroom floor cleaned and grout repainted a month ago. The estimate went well and they were very kind. It took a full day when they came to do the work and again they were very kind. Before they left, we looked at the work and I asked about the purple circles on several of the grout lines. I was told they would go away when it fully dried. I also asked about several grout lines that did not appear white. I was told that what I was seeing was shadows from the uneven tile. After they left, I went and carefully inspected the work. I found additional purple circles, noticed that the grout paint was on many, many of the tiles, notice how they had tried to paint over silicone that they didn't remove, and realized that the floor tile hadn't been cleaned. It was covered in small debris from the work done. Tile cleaning was included in the estimate. I called the office and the owner called me back very quickly. He agreed to come back the next day and that I should mark all areas of concern. I did mark everything I could as well as write a note explaining all concerns. When I came home from work, they had corrected everything except all of the purple circles. There was no note explaining anything and I did not receive a phone call explaining the circles that did not go away when it dried as they said they would. I called the office that evening and left a message asking that they either come back and fix it or give me a partial refund since several tiles are permanently ruined. Crickets. No return phone call. When I left messages in the past wanting to hire them, they called back right away and it was the same number -- I checked. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how things held up over a month. The grout on the tile floor still looks fine. The shower floor does not. The white grout paint has worn away in small areas already and the places that were not white when the work was done were definitely not due to "shadows from the uneven tile" as they said. I should've read the Yelp reviews beforehand. Yes, I could've kept calling them but I just don’t trust them any longer. See pics for purple circles. These guys did an awesome job. Quentin and Norman not only did a super thorough job of cleaning and staining/sealing the grout, they also helped move all the furniture back into place and ensure that my house was back in proper order before they left. Would highly recommend this company!

Super happy with our service today from Groutsmith. Our floors look brand new. Quinton & Johnny were wonderful! Friendly guys that did great work & took time to answer all of my questions. Will definitely use this company again for some other rooms down the road & will recommend to friends without hesitation.

Quinton and John did an excellent job painting and sealing the grout on my tile floor throughout my entire house. They were courteous and professional and very respectful of my home. And I really appreciate how they loved my dogs! :-). I would definitely us them again and would highly recommend them.

Grout smith regrouted 2 bathrooms for me as well as cleaning another floor. Their service was fast, efficient and beautifully done for a reasonable price! All personnel were nice, on time and respectful of my home. I’ll use them again when the time comes!

To start, the lady who did our quote was so personable and helpful. She answered all of my questions as I was running out the door and right away, made me feel confident I made the right choice in choosing Groutsmith. The quote was of great value and the entire process for booking was very easy. She even included a picture of our dog with the quote that made the technicians excited to come to our house to work! Quinten & Johnny did a fabulous job on our floors. They worked so hard and took their time to make sure everything was right. They answered all of our questions and were very thorough. Neil did a fabulous job on our bathroom floors & shower pebbles. We were quoted 3x the amount by another local company and are thrilled with the value, quality and friendliness Groutsmith provided us. Best money we’ve spent in a while!

Super happy with the outcome of my floors! We bought the house 2 years ago, new build, and the grout was so light. Needless to say with kids and a dog the grout looked terrible. I was able to choose a new color sealant to match my tiles better and it looks like a new floor! I love it. Quinton and John were on time, worked well together and finished at the expected time. They did an outstanding job!!

They did a fantastic job cleaning the tile and a marvelous job of changing the grout color from a dark brown to antique white! The floors look totally different now-excellent product. I haven't stopped admiring the floors since they did them!

Groutsmith Jacksonville made my tile and grout look even better than new, as Neill recolored it. My grout was 23 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. Neill worked alone and like a Trojan. My experience with Daina & Neill far exceeded my expectations - and I'm hard to please! That was almost 3 months ago and my tile floors look exactly the same as the day he left. I recommend them with 5+ stars!
