What a beautiful job they did!!! Like- brand new home move in status!!!! They didn't rush they were so detail oriented the entire time! I have no idea what sort of magical technique they used in our glass shower but that thing is
PERFECT!!!

The ladies that came to help me clean after. Move out, we’re excellent. I told them what I needed and they provided…with smiles on their faces.

They were good, but there was a few things that could have been done better, in the corners of the floors in the dining room room and the master bedroom there was still dust in the corners. Behind the end table in the living room there was a few pieces of paper from a candy wrapper that was still there. The girls were very polite and kind.

Michelle and Kamie were great, both friendly but stayed focused on cleaning. They cleaned everything I asked them to.

Sara and Yeliz were my cleaners last Monday and they were great! I wholeheartedly give them a 5-star rating. They were very thorough and I was very satisfied. I must say that most of the ladies do a very good job. However some are not that thorough and I believe they skip some steps. And that is why I give the agency itself a 4-star rating and not a 5-star rating.

Lauren and Dakota cleaned my home today, and were thorough, friendly and professional. Great job.

I do not understand how this company has good reviews. I used them 3 times and was disappointed every time. I was freshly postpartum and needed help with my home while my husband was traveling and we were getting ready to move. I think they are hoping that your home is truly dirty, so that any cleaning they do is an improvement. I told them I really wanted to focus on all surfaces being wiped down and floors cleaned, they were both done poorly. I called Mary, she was professional and had the ladies come back, but they still did a poor job. Their “mopping” is like a home made swiffer. They do not do a real mop. They don’t do deep cleaning. I was most disappointed with our move out clean. They were there twice and I am convinced they did nothing the first time, and barely anything the second time. I truly feel like our money was wasted, as I know I could have done a better job myself.

Two ladies arrived. One was organized and thorough one appeared sick and didn’t clean well.

The crew still spends less than 30 minutes in the chapel, and I find it hard to believe, even with two people working together, that in that amount of time, they can move all the chairs, sweep, mop, put the chairs back, and clean the bathroom and kitchen. Neither does the building smell clean after their monthly visit.

What is most disappointing, is that I've reported this before and still have not seen improvement. I don't have time to attend a cleaning to ensure it's done properly.

Merry Maids was great. They came out the day and time that was scheduled and did a wonderful job.

Wasn't impressed with their service. I waited 3 weeks for them to do the initial service. On the initial they didn't mop the floors/vacuum the area rugs or clean the glass tables. When I asked if they were going to mop, they said oh, you want us to do that. They didn't mop the second floor. I called later that day to see if someone could by back by and do this. They didn't send anyone. Had the second cleaning today and they didn't mop the first floor. Too much work having to deal with this and run a business. They did come back and finish up the second time. I'll repost later on.

Garrett, I can't thank you enough for getting to us so fast after I forgot to call you back when I was supposed to. Your crew did an amazing job!

Team 2 is the best best best!! They ensure that things sparkle, shine, and look amazing! When I walk into the room, there isn’t dust piling up up on the vents, no dust on my light fixtures, NOTHING!
Garret does a great job as owner to ensure my team is well compensated so turnover is less, happy when they arrive, and producing the standards that he expects to represent the Merry Maid of Jacksonville Brand. All the crews are good, but team two is actually #1 in my books.

Also, I can’t prove it, but I swear that my family has been less sick since we switched to team 2.

Well worth the price for the professionalism that they bring!

I hired Merry Maids to come to my empty home and clean, three bathrooms the floors and wipe the window sills. They cleaned one bathroom and mopped the bottom floor and wiped a few window sills. The master bathroom was filthy, and the maids lied to the owner Garrett and told them they tried to clean it, but how is that possible when there was still a used bar of soap on the ledge in the shower and a used bar on the floor of that same shower? The bathroom downstairs still had stains in it and the floors were disgusting. I told them to stay two hours and if more time was needed to let me know so that I could approve it. Instead i received a call stating that everything was completed and that there was no need to stay any longer. Please review video and photographs of my home AFTER they left.

I would never use this company and if you need something cleaned it is best to either do it yourself or hire another company, even a craigslist company would have done better than this at $140 per hour.

I spoke to the owner Garrett numerous times and he refused to come back out and have them clean. He has a team of liars working as maids and he is just as bad as them for not holding them accountable for their actions.

The team was great; they worked so hard and did such a good job! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

Had an excellent experience with Garret and the girls that came. There was a small discrepancy in the time but Garret made it right immediately. The girls were so polite and amazing. I was their “ third house” so initially was a little concerned that they may get tired but these girls worked super fast and had 700 sq ft done in an hour plus the inside of my fridge. There was a small item overlooked but again Garret went above and beyond. Night recommended in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Merry maids did an excellent job at my house. I was shocked when they first arrived because they were so young, but they definitely did a great job. I am very happy. They are very thorough, and pleasant.

I have had many bad experiences with house cleaning services…the biggest problem is that they often do not show. Because Merry Maids has been around a long time, I decided to give them a try. From the first time that I spoke with Garrett, I felt as if I would get good service. So far it has been above and beyond my expectations. The cleaners show up on time, get right to work and truly work as a team to ensure that everything that I have asked for is done. I am most impressed in that not only is it done, it is done well. I prefer the same ladies each time and Garrett makes certain that happens. A great big shout out to Alaina and Gracie…you did an amazing job and did it in a professional and timely manner.

Garret was super helpful in scheduling the cleaning and all communication with him was very professional. He gets a 5/5! The cleaning itself was just ok. The two ladies were polite and worked quickly. They didn’t dust any blinds, which was a miss but Garret was very responsive in trying to resolve that.

Overall, for the price of the one time cleaning based on our house size, I’m not sure that the value was there for us. In the past, I have used independent cleaning professionals and not a company so I think I was spoiled in what was done in the “standard” cleanings and so I was a little let down in this one. For example, interior glass office doors and sliding door in kitchen were not cleaned, decorative mirror in hallway was not cleaned. I didn’t think to ask if that was standard or not. Bathroom trash was not emptied- this was not included in standard clean. Garret did go over what was included when I initially called, so not knocking them in that just something that I wanted to call out.

The booking process and availability was great. I’m
giving this a solid 3/5.

Taking care of our 90 year old neighbor. His wife passed after 5 years in care and his house needed a good deep clean. Talked with Garrett at Merry Maid and he explained the options and process thoroughly and quoted a fair price. Nichelle and Camie arrived on time and did an amazing job. Very friendly, professional and helpful they completed the job much quicker than we expected. Great people with professional service!

I rated my service from last Friday as 3 stars. For more information please refer to my previous post. I'm here to give another review. Shortly after my service I was contacted by Yucona, a representative of the company. She was very apologetic in reference to my experience. Not only did she offer to right the companies wrongs...she offered me a credit for my oven service pictured above. She also had two leads, Brittany and Robin(AMAZING)... come out and redo my service. I IMMEDIATELY saw the difference in my home once they began cleaning. They were extremely professional and took their time tending to my home. They did so well, that I have requested them as my permanent crew, when I receive service again. Honestly, I was not going to tip, given that I originally tipped and received poor service...but I had to deny the credit for the oven and had Yucona apply it to their tip! I'm big on customer service...and even though my initial experience wasn't what I expected, they quickly turned it around! Oh, and my oven...SPOTLESS!! I would highly recommend these two!! Thanks again
