Brittany and Robin did a wonderful job cleaning our home today. They were thorough and personable. Brittany asked me to check each room after cleaning to ensure it met our standards. I definitely would like to see them come back.

I scheduled my service and and was advised that my timeslot would be from 12 to 2. I had not heard anything so I called and emailed the company and was advised that they were running late due to rain. The service called me 45 minutes later and asked very rudely if I still wanted service and I said yes. Almost an hour later and still no service. I then called and advised that if it was easier, I could just reschedule. The lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional, She said, we are two minutes away from your house, do you want service or not. I said no thank you. I do not recommend the use of this company. Lots of other companies out there that are much more professional.

Carissa & Sam were amazing! They were professional, sweet and worked quickly. We recently moved into a new office and the office was pretty dusty from all of the moving and remodeling - Carissa and Sam made sure to make everything look as good as new. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs. :)

Hired Two Maids & Mop to do a deep clean. They just left and I immediately signed on so I wouldn’t forget to leave a review. Brittany and Trent did an AMAZING job! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean. It’s the cleanest my house has been in a long time..Will definitely be using them again!

I paid for the $450 move in cleaning. I was driving from 2.5 hours out of town to be there to let them in and had the team reschedule to later in the day 90 minutes before they were supposed to show up. The cleaning took about an hour and 45 minutes for my 1600 sqft 3 bedroom house. They did a good job cleaning out the oven but they didn't touch my fridge which was supposed to part of the package. They mopped the floors but once it dried my feet were still covered in dirt after walking around my house. It was 3 people and $450 which comes out to $75/hour per person for this service. They were nice people but the quality of service is no where near the rate that I was charged. Especially considering they just ignored some of the things they were supposed to do. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Two Maids and a Mop are wonderful. Deborah and Ryan did an amazing job.

We have 3 dogs and family constantly visiting so there is a lot of traffic through our doors, Deborah and Ryan erased all evidence of our pets and visitors.

Friendly, professional, and very detailed in their cleaning. Can't wait to use them again!

I had Amber, Ashley, and Trent and they were wonderful! They were friendly, professional and did a thorough and awesome job. They were able to get terrible hard water stains off my glass and make my wood floors and granite counters look amazing. I will definitely be hiring them again.

I thought it was great! Very nice ladies, did a great job- missed a few things that I would have assumed would have been a part of the deep clean (missed a few window sills, lamps/shades, etc) BUT, the bathrooms and kitchen are immaculate. Baseboards are super clean... and my house was pretty dingy/dirty. Will be doing bi-weekly maintenance so I will ask that they tend to the missed areas from the deep clean I’m sure they will make it right. My house was likely a heavy lift so overall I think they did an AMAZING job! Thank you!

Yasmine and Georgina came out to do a deep clean and were here for just a little under 3.5 hours. They did a great job. I was most impressed with the kitchen and bathroom sinks, they almost looked brand new! They were also very polite, friendly, and personable.
My only feedback would be that I think the company is scheduling the cleaners too many jobs per day (of course I don’t actually know how their scheduling is done). They had a job to get to right after my deep clean, but I felt like they could have used at least another hour to get some of the deep clean details done. For example, like I said before, the kitchen sink looked amazing, but the window directly above the sink didn’t get cleaned. There were also some other windows that had some cobwebs missed, and some doors/doorframes and baseboards that got missed. Once again, I thought they did a great job in the time they were here, just would have liked for them to be here a little longer to really get to all the fine, tedious deep clean details.

Brittany and Rachel came to my apartment and left the place SPOTLESS!! They were both very kind ladies and loved my animals. My apartment just needed some standard dusting and cleaning, but I am very pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend these two wonderful ladies!!

The cleaners were very friendly and professional. Overall they did a great job and left my house smelling and looking clean. While there were a few things needing attention, I believe they’ll be resolved with communication since this was their first time cleaning our house. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Home cleaning is a very personalized service...with that being said - I love that their website outlines the services for the price so there is no misunderstandings about what is supposed to be done. (If you have never had a cleaner, don't expect the baseboards and blinds and stuff like that to be dusted unless you specifically ASK, and usually at extra cost). Also, the online scheduling is very convenient. The office staff is friendly and courteous. The crew of 2 ladies showed up on time and did a meticulous job, and in a very timely fashion.

They did a wonderful job and even asked me to look around and make sure everything was to my liking. Communication is key, and they were sure to ask for feedback and if things were done to my preferences,
and if not, they corrected it right then. The management followed up after the services to make sure we were satisfied. Looking forward to our monthly services.

We love how clean the house is each time 2 maids does a cleaning. They are also professional, kind, and respectful to our family.

We are not the best about removing clutter before they come and they still do an amazing job!

This was my first time using a maid service because I had just recently had a baby and had lots of family in town visiting. All I can say is it was such a great experience! From talking with Tammy (the owner) on the phone to ask all of my questions, to scheduling a service so quick, everything was so easy. When the two wonderful ladies came, they were so good about me being there with my newborn and very friendly! My house looked great, the price was awesome, and we will be scheduling again soon!

Very punctual with response time. I did the questionnaire online and with in an hr someone contacted my regarding my quote. She was very friendly and concerned about the needs in my house. I was able to get someone out with in a couple days to clean. The young ladies that came were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning. Highly recommend, I will refer this company to other people and use them again in the future. Thank you two maids and a mop!

Overall I had a good experience. A fortunate present afforded me this help.
Over the years I have tried to find a reasonable service every now and then but usually have a single good cleaning followed by , the ( lost need to impress) lesser visits. Another thing I appreciated was the absence of critic commentary that previously occurred with other cleaners. I hope the experience remains positive in this way. The first time experience was very thorough, The second cleaning was good also, although it was explained that I overestimated the word premium. The house did smell and look nicer than I could get it with my other tasks, and although only one person could come, she was nice and hardworking. I'm glad that this was available, and hope to continue with this company as often as I am able.

The girls did an amazing job!!! Brittany did great on my kitchen, Joanne did a great job on my living room and my office and Kim did great in my master bedroom/bath. This is one of the best jobs this company has done on my house. They really went above and beyond and I LOVE 2 maids and a mop! I got 3!

Two maids and a mop was able to get me scheduled in a short time frame and they did not disappoint. Brittany and Jill were professional and did quality work. I have two dogs that shed like crazy and they were able get the house ready to be shown. I have never gotten it that clean by myself. They got all the corners were the dog hair piles up on the carpet. These ladies were awesome and I would highly recommend.

Brittany, Trent & Jenn are incredible. I hired Two maids and a Mop for a move out clean and they delivered! The house looks incredible and smells amazing. They all did such a thorough job cleaning the house from top to bottom. Professional, kind and hard working. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone doing a move out.

Changed from 4 to 5 stars - Coby and his team always show up when he says. And they do great work. I don’t want anyone else in my house.

Overall, I am very satisfied with two maids.
Pros:
-Reasonable pricing
-Easy sign up and payment
-Tempestt, Paige, and Matty do a great job, I highly recommend requesting them.

Cons:
-They don’t always show up at scheduled time and at this point I’m not even sure what my scheduled day/time is. The administrative part of the business definitely could use some work, it would just be nice to get an email or text so I know what day they are coming.

I will continue to use Two Maids as long as they keep sending Tempestt & Paige, they do a wonderful job and seem like good people I can trust in my home. I will update this review should my opinion change.

The ladies are phenomenal at their job and are thorough with their cleaning process. I never have to guess whether they are going to show up each month. They leave my house spotless and smelling clean and fresh! I would definitely recommend Two Maids and a Mop!
