The two cleaners that came to my home this time were great. I could definitely tell that they were making sure to do a great job. My house felt so clean afterwards. I am very impressed.

I am so impressed with Two Maids & a Mop cleaning service. I booked the service for an apartment move out. Brittany and Trent were awesome. They texted me upon arrival, arrived in a timely fashion. THEY WERE SO THOROUGH! Professional, personable, and asked for my feedback of the space as they were cleaning it to make sure I was satisfied. Amazing. I would book them again in a heartbeat.

I called Two Maids and A Mop because I loved the name! I love that their website outlines the services for the price so there is no misunderstandings about what is supposed to be done. The office staff is friendly and courteous. The crew showed up on time and did a meticulous job. We work from home and have three dogs and they weren't the least bit distributive to our routine. Amazing!
They did a wonderful job and even asked me to look around and make sure everything was to my liking. After several month's of service now, the quality has stayed the same as day one. That is what's most impressive to me. Great way to support small business and get better quality at a fair price.

I am overalll pleased with the service. The experience was great from the beginning with a free home inspection that morning,and a clean in the early morning to afternoon. Both my Maids KiKi and Debra were excellent and made my space and my daughter’s space feel fresh. Thank you for everything! LAMJRNFCN

My husband and I have been contemplating hiring a service for some time, and Sam and Brittany didn't disappoint- they worked hard and our house has had the best deep clean it's had in a while! I am considering having them come back to touch up every other week- they were professional, friendly and hard-working. A few little things I will ask them to do next time (clean the fan- but it was moving when they arrived, wipe and dust the top of the kitchen cabinet decorations- but that's really it.) However, they went over and beyond- initially, when my husband called he did not list the guest bath as a room to complete. After my consultation with them, I asked if they could do it although I understood if they could not based on the fact that it wasn't mentioned in the initial quote- but they did it anyway! I would highly recommend this company and these two!

Amazing! First time only one person came, Brittany, she was extremely thorough and goes out of her way to ensure the house is in great shape. She took her time and does an AMAZING job! Love when she is scheduled with us. I felt bad she was alone but all in all she did better than groups of three I have had. She should definitely be awarded more for hard work.

Amazing! Spotless! They were efficient and thorough. They took care of years of dust and dog hair in just a few hours … I have been smiling since I got home! I haven’t found a speck of leftover dirt or dust. Highly recommend! Will use them again!!!

This was my first time using Two Maids; I was so impressed that I am planning on doing their recurring cleaning service in the future. The pricing is very fair, especially considering how thorough Ty and Coby were. My place has never looked cleaner. They were kind, professional, and I plan on specifically requesting Ty and Coby for my next cleaning because of how great they were. I also will be requesting a quote for them to clean the office at my place of work.

The women that just cleaned our house did such an amazing job I had to write a review right away. I'm very pregnant right now so I could never have gotten our home this clean by myself. They did a great job deep cleaning everything, definitely above and beyond my expectations. I feel like my house has been reset and ready for baby. Also I loved that they brought our packages into the house for us. I would highly recommend!

We used Two Maids & a Mop for our basic monthly house cleaning (3Br, 2Ba) and Brittany & Robin came and did a fantastic job. They were on time (even a few minutes early but contacted me to make sure it was alright that they were early), very professional, extremely efficient, and our house is so clean and smells amazing! Booking your cleaning is also super easy since all the scheduling and payment is done online! Absolutely will be booking our next monthly cleaning with Brittany & Robin again!

The level of clean was great. The house smelled, looked, and felt clean. The cleaners even brought my garbage can from the street to the garage. They did a thoroughly excellent job.

When I booked the cleaning, I set a time for 11-2. I used that time to base my carpet cleaner on. The day before the clean, I was notified the cleaners were coming 9-10 which required me to wait for the carpet cleaner longe than anticipated. That was a little inconvenient.

Overall, the quality of their work was great and I would definitely use them again.

Wow! This word was my first thought after seeing the results of hiring Two: Maids to do a deep cleaning of a 1800 sq ft house. Deborah and Jessie came through the door with all their supplies ready to clean! Starting in the back of the house, they cleaned blinds, fans, base boards plus more. They work around two dogs and three cats without breaking their stride and made two teenagers rooms sparkle! I would say it was money well spent!

The girls did an amazing job deep cleaning my house. I’m pregnant so I don’t have much energy, and they were able to work around 2 dogs and multiple cats unfazed! I am so relieved with a clean house. Can’t wait to have them come back for monthly cleans.

It was terrible. I’ve used many different maid services for “deep cleaning” and this is the worst yet. They didn’t clean any of the baseboards, the floors were awful, my shower glass and bathroom mirror weren’t even touched! They didn’t clean the face of my fridge or even just vacuuming the dog hair on the couch. They wiped the outer lip of the shower and left the dust and dog hair on the bathroom rugs. Seriously?!?!

I hate to make bad reviews for people’s business cause I have family member who owns a business also and I understand how people work hard to create their business but this is very unacceptable I feel like I’m a victim here that’s why I report this case so someone else can’t be their victim. I called for the service and they sent me a quote of $ 230 for deep cleaning service then the next day someone I believe the manager of the place called me about the price changed to $ 300 cause it’s a moving in and out process bla bla bla ok I accepted that for the major things of the two bathrooms. My property is about 950 Sq feet so I don’t think it’s too big for the job . They didn’t call to ask about how the service was until I called to leave the voicemail of complaining and no response on the next day until my husband who is American talked to them and explained things that I’m not happy about their service. I just hope they will come back and finish the job they supposed to do . I got my lesson and I’m definitely a NO NO NO return customer to them . Sorry for the bad photos but it is what it is I can’t tolerate this .

I really hate that I'm writing a negative review, especially being that I had such high hopes for this. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't so great. I signed up to have the premium service on a bi-weekly basis. We have a lab, so dog hair is a constant and loves to accumulate near the base boards. I scheduled our first cleaning for Friday, 6/19, to arrive after 1:30pm. I even received an email confirmation for the appointment. I never received a call the day before to confirm the appointment or to find out how they would get in my home. On Friday, the day of the cleaning, I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called them. Come to find out that I was not on their schedule; I had been removed. But she told me that it wouldn't be a problem and she could still send a team out for the same time. Great! I was super excited to get home and smell the freshness. Sadly, that's about all I received. When I walked in the door, the house smelled great. But as soon as I cleared my entry way, I could see that my floors had been mopped, as there were still wet spots. BUT, they skipped the whole area that needed it the most. I could see water stains on my tile floor that were there before they even showed up. So they didn't really mop. There was still dog hair scattered throughout house. My counter tops were half cleaned. When I rubbed my hand across the quartz top, I could feel and see uncleaned spots. I also noticed a gouge in my quartz counter top that wasn't there before. But unfortunately, I cannot prove this happened because of them. But I'm pretty certain it wasn't there before they arrived. My fridge has a built in water dispenser, and you could clearly see it wasn't cleaned below it, as there was a water line where it had dripped below. My back door is a sliding glass door; they didn't clean that, they didn't even attempt it. They didn't dust the blinds or the window sill in the Kitchen. They didn't vacuum the stairs, as there were small pieces of debris on several steps. They dusted my bookshelf, but didn't put the items back where they belonged. They didn't dust behind the TVs in the living room or our game room. Now the master bedroom... our bed was nicely made. Blinds were not dusted. Carpet - half way vacuumed, dog hair still on the baseboards. Master Bath - our shower was not cleaned. They turned on the water and cleaned the handle/nozzle, but the glass door looked like they wiped a dirty rag across it. It looked worse than it did that morning. They didn't even touch the floor of the shower or the walls. Water stains were still on the chrome trim. I was so frustrated after my walk through, so I called them to express my disappointment. I even sent them pictures. Now mind you, this is brand new home, only lived in for 3 weeks. The ladies that came to our home (unfortunately, their names were never given to me) caused more dirt than before they arrived. When I called, the lady I spoke with was very understanding and said she would send out her A team on Monday to do it over. I initially agreed to that, but over the weekend, I kept thinking what's the point. If they did such a bad job the first time, how can they do better the second time. And why would you send your D team on a first clean for a premier service? I wasn't comfortable with a redo. At this point, I just wanted a refund, which I requested through text message. When she responded, she advised that a refund was against policy and that she could still send her team leads on Monday for the redo. I then asked for a reduction in price, being that I did not receive the expected service they advertised. I was denied that, initially. After several texts, she did agree to a reduction, making the total cost $85, from $110, which I accepted (however, I still believe that amount is too high for the services that were provided or lack there of). I have denied the redo. Sadly, first impressions are lasting, especially in the service industry.

No recommendation, at least for Jacksonville FL! They charged $400 for a move-out deep cleaning for a 1,500 sqf house, which is a lot of money for a small house. This service is described in detail on the website. However, in our house they didn’t even touch the windows, doors, not even the cabinets and surfaces. The shower, the oven, the fridge - literally everything was still dirty. F. e., the interior shutters were roughly cleaned from one side, but not from the backside. We complained; they didn’t show up. We called again, and I had a very unfriendly lady, obviously the owner, on the telephone. She promised to come at 2pm in person. At 2pm an employee came and had strict orders, just to clean the shower, the stove top, and some of the kitchen closet. So, the rest - literally the whole house - we cleaned by ourself. I had never ever such a bad experience with a service company. BTW, the photos were taken AFTER the second cleaning…

Their deep clean package I believe is too much for their cleaners to handle, or maybe they need a larger team to complete their deep clean list... there are 7 room areas on this list with 129 bullet points in total of what all this deep clean package includes.
I’m assuming this goes for an occupied home and or a vacant home. I can assure you out of the 129 bullet points, my EMPTY 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo I would say only about a third of their list was complete.
2 workers, 2 hours, 1100sqft, empty place, (literally no furniture) for $230 and the place was not deep cleaned at all. Not to mention we found ash on the showers floor and 1 room smelled so bad of cigarettes and neither of us smoke. So much for getting this new place of ours deep cleaned before our stuff gets moved in.. Very disappointed. Hate wasting money and hate wasting time.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided at our deep clean. With the holidays approaching, my husband and I decided to splurge and have the house deep cleaned prior to family coming into town. We were so excited, and while the price was hefty at $386 it really seemed worth the extra money for what all the deep clean included. Unfortunately, after leaving the cleaners alone in my home for nearly 3 hours, I returned to dusty blinds, dusty photo frames, a bone dry and dusty guest bath/shower (so it wasn’t even touched) and a very poorly cleaned master shower even though when asked what I wanted the most attention on, I said the master shower floor (it gets dirty easy and was looking forward to someone else cleaning it). When I noticed these items were not done well, I tried to call the office several times, and left several messages but the money has already been withdrawn from my account and it has now been several hours without any call back. This is the level clean I would have expected to receive for $100, certainly not $400 and unfortunately it doesn’t appear I will be getting any of that hard earned money back. Additionally, I now will have to reclean my house before guests arrive.

I liked that Jasmine went ahead and cleaned the tops of my washer and dryer, this had not been done in the previous cleanings and that made my whole day. This feels me she enjoys what she does and goes above and beyond. Teresa brought treats for the dog and a toy for the cats which was super thoughtful.

Five stars is an understatement for this company and crew. They were thorough, professional, prompt and skilled. They did a top to bottom cleaning of every square inch of my mother in laws home after she moved out. Immaculate job. Can’t say enough good things about them and their work. Highly recommend them.
