Fairway Lawns is tremendous! They came by for a lawn treatment as I was finishing up cutting down a very large backyard plant. It would have taken me 15 trips to bring the remnants to the curb, and they pitched in and took care of it with their crew. A great example of going above and beyond, and all the while being very friendly! Keep up the good work, gentlemen!

We selected Fairway Lawns based on their competitive pricing, which was more attractive than most companies I contacted. Unfortunately, their performance did not meet expectations. After a couple of months, we terminated their services due to the frequent skipping of scheduled treatments. Despite assurances, there was no discernible progress in weed control over months. Notably, even during the peak summer heat, weeds remained unaffected. Fairway Lawns failed to provide adequate treatment, even when we requested additional attention to severely affected areas. The last two services seemed incomplete, as I did not observe any signs of treatment. My lawn remained unchanged before and after treatment, with no visible evidence of service. Therefore, I strongly advise caution when considering Fairway Lawns, as their cheaper rates and guarantees of quality service may not accurately reflect the level of care provided. Essentially, they attract customers with cheaper prices but fail to deliver adequate treatment, resulting in subpar service. This approach raises concerns regarding the company's fraudulent practices.

James from Fairway Lawns came out for his scheduled visit. James was very nice, professional and explained what service he was doing. I do recommend James as your service technician!!

We had this service for over two years. During that time, we began experiencing issues with grass loss and brown patches in our backyard. After a significant portion of our grass had died, we were told the problem was due to webworms. This came as a surprise, as we expected our lawn care service to prevent or address such issues.

They treated the yard for webworms, and we spent over $1,000 to re-sod the damaged areas. However, just a few weeks after the new sod was laid, the same problem occurred, and we ended up losing most of the new grass again.

We attempted to resolve the issue by contacting customer service twice. We were told a manager would come out to inspect the situation, but no one ever showed up. Instead, they sent the technician back to apply more chemicals to already-dead grass.

When we followed up to explain that a manager had not come as promised and requested to cancel our service, the company was quick to cancel without offering any resolution.

Ever since Fairway started servicing my lawn, it has made a huge, very positive difference. I noticed my grass growing greener and stronger and healthier, and all the bald spots started filling in. They are very responsible and timely, always available if any issues come up, and it has been a great experience. So happy I switched to Fairway!
