I had two trees removed on January 10 and was not aware that Rich had another company do the work. All debris was supposed to be removed, there was a lot left from the stump grinding but I was told this would settled down in a short amount of time. I knew it would be several weeks if not longer before that would happen. I called Rich that evening and let him know concern and he said he would be out the following week to take care of the debris, I also told him he should have let me know he would not be on the job and that another company was doing the work and he agreed. The following week I did not here anything and no response, reached out the following week no response. On January 24th he said he was cutting down a tree at my neighbors and would do the removal then. No response that week and also my neighbor has been trying to contact Rich to get a date to have her tree removed and no response. My Grandson was here from New York this weekend February 4 and bagged 25 bags of debris, I am 83 years old and now have to find a way to dispose of the heavy bags of debris. I feel if I had lived in Queens Harbor I would never have been treated this way. I will also write reviews on other websites. Definitely not a good experience. On a positive side to this the tree removal itself was a success. When you own a business you need to do what you say you will do.
Just to make things clear I am not some old woman with memory loss, I was never never told they did not do stump grinding removal per their contract, the contract read debris removal. I tried to pull up the contract he sent me through my phone but he has deleted it. I have asked for the contract and of course no response. Does anyone honestly believe I would have tried to contact him so many times if I thought this was not their responsibility to remove the stump grinding debris

Rich is a pleasure to work with. He was able to get our tree work scheduled quickly and was helpful and communicative.

Great experience working with Rich and his team for a huge live oak that we had leaning over our house. Communication was excellent, easy to reach via phone call or text which made correspondence faster! I always got an answer or a phone call back within a few hours.

Big City Tree Service did a great job for us. They removed a large oak dangerously close to our house and did not disturb any of our plantings surrounding the tree. They were on time, actually early, all work was completed quickly, and left no signs of ever being on the property, other than the giant tree had disappeared. Strongly recommend!

The Big City came on time and with an amazing array of modern tree trimming equipment. They moved swiftly and respectfully around my property. The team asked my opinion before making critical cuts. I am not happy with this service, when the guy show up don’t do the service right, he don’t do all my yards only certain area, My weed still the same. No recomended. Was my second application no change at all.

My technician (Dylan) is knowledgeable about my lawn and weeds! Dylan took the time to answer my questions and walk the property with me while he did so before he even started treatment. Dylan is knowledgeable about the job he is doing and did it professionally!

Dominic was the first Trugreen employee who actually rang my doorbell and waited for me to answer. All the other employes would ring my doorbell and start spraying before I answered. He made sure that he knew all the areas I wanted sprayed because my property lines are a little complicated. Great employee!

TruGreen has been wonderful. I had mosquitoes and some type of gnats around my bushes. They serviced yard and although it took care of majority I still had some activity. I made a call and they were happy to send a tech back out the very next day to treat again. Very easy to work with and pleasant. Our tech Troy Bell was vey good and thorough!!! I was skeptical because I’ve used other pesticide services and I decided to try TruGreen and combo it with my yard and it went from brown to green as well. My experience with them has been very good!!!

I’ve been very disappointed with TruGreen’s service. After a full year of treatments, torpedo grass spread throughout my yard without them ever identifying or notifying me of the issue. By the time I discovered it myself, it had overtaken large areas of my lawn. For the price paid, I expected proactive communication and proper lawn care, not for major problems to go unnoticed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their service.

Tamarins always does a great job when he comes to treat my lawns and that is why I don’t want anyone else handling my lawns.

Worst experience- did not show up on original day , they showed up at the very end of the make up day only to leave because no one was home. Then put in the system equipment issue , but camera says different. Would not recommend, quick to sell and get you to pay upfront, but can’t speak to anyone except in a call center in KC. Salesman was Joseph Mathis.

Call Trugreen for the second time in 2 days to talk about the bugs in my lawn. service was just provided today on Friday around 11 thirty, but the other serviceman indicated what he was putting down was not necessarily for chichbugs. after we reviewed the lawn area he Agreed with me that I have chinchbugs. I guess calling the company 2 days ago didn't do any good, but after calling today, they indicated they could get a special treatment out in 2 to 5 days for chinchbugs, which in my opinion, gives to bugs about a week. Or week and a 1/2 to eat up my lawn. If that's the best can be done, we will see.

Fernando did an excellent job of assessing my yard and explaining what was required to take care of brown spots, weeds etc. in order to green up my yard. He also took the time to explain proper watering and mowing tips. Fernando made very good first impression! Highly recommend True Green!
