Super happy with our service today from Groutsmith. Our floors look brand new. Quinton & Johnny were wonderful! Friendly guys that did great work & took time to answer all of my questions. Will definitely use this company again for some other rooms down the road & will recommend to friends without hesitation.

Quinton and John did an excellent job painting and sealing the grout on my tile floor throughout my entire house. They were courteous and professional and very respectful of my home. And I really appreciate how they loved my dogs! :-). I would definitely us them again and would highly recommend them.

Grout smith regrouted 2 bathrooms for me as well as cleaning another floor. Their service was fast, efficient and beautifully done for a reasonable price! All personnel were nice, on time and respectful of my home. I’ll use them again when the time comes!

To start, the lady who did our quote was so personable and helpful. She answered all of my questions as I was running out the door and right away, made me feel confident I made the right choice in choosing Groutsmith. The quote was of great value and the entire process for booking was very easy. She even included a picture of our dog with the quote that made the technicians excited to come to our house to work! Quinten & Johnny did a fabulous job on our floors. They worked so hard and took their time to make sure everything was right. They answered all of our questions and were very thorough. Neil did a fabulous job on our bathroom floors & shower pebbles. We were quoted 3x the amount by another local company and are thrilled with the value, quality and friendliness Groutsmith provided us. Best money we’ve spent in a while!

Super happy with the outcome of my floors! We bought the house 2 years ago, new build, and the grout was so light. Needless to say with kids and a dog the grout looked terrible. I was able to choose a new color sealant to match my tiles better and it looks like a new floor! I love it. Quinton and John were on time, worked well together and finished at the expected time. They did an outstanding job!!

They did a fantastic job cleaning the tile and a marvelous job of changing the grout color from a dark brown to antique white! The floors look totally different now-excellent product. I haven't stopped admiring the floors since they did them!

Groutsmith Jacksonville made my tile and grout look even better than new, as Neill recolored it. My grout was 23 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. Neill worked alone and like a Trojan. My experience with Daina & Neill far exceeded my expectations - and I'm hard to please! That was almost 3 months ago and my tile floors look exactly the same as the day he left. I recommend them with 5+ stars!

No job too small with this company!! Had several tile contractors not willing to do my shower and found Groutsmith and really happy I did!! Quinton came out on time and made my shower look new again!! All work done at a reasonable price!!

I had the guys out to color seal my grout right after I moved in. My grout was black and stained and made my whole floor look disgusting. After they worked their magic it made my floors look brand new. I would definitely use these guys again. I would highly recommend Groutsmith to anyone looking to make their floors look alive again.

Quintin from Groutsmith arrived a few minutes early. He removed and repaired broken & missing grout in my guest bathroom and then sealed all the grout.
Quintin was kind, professional, and answered several questions I had.

The price was quite reasonable, compared to other quotes I received.

GroutSmith re-stained my grout today. The two technicians Quinton and Mason were extremely professional, courteous and did an outstanding job re-grouting the tile.

Kept to the schedule and appointment times, prompt invoice, and flexible scheduling. Showed up on the work day and spent 6 hours in the shower an bathroom tile area. I was honestly amazed at how clean/new it all looked afterwards. I definitely recommend The Groutsmith 5-Stars!

Groutsmith came and did over 800 sq ft of tile and grout staining. They did an amazing job and my 20 year old floors look brand new! They were also very fun and pleasant folks and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was competitive yet a great deal for for quantity of work they accomplished. I'd highly recommend them and will use in the future!

Groutsmith did a fantastic job in our floor. It looks like brand new. The sealer will last for 10 years according to them. They charged cheaper too compared to other estimates that I got quoted. I highly recommend them.

We used Groutsmith in multiple areas of our home. They cleaned grout and applied a stained sealer. The biggest problem area, our shower, looks fabulous. Another high traffic area, the tiled kitchen, looks brand new. Will definitely use again.

Groutsmith came out to clean, seal and change the color of our grout in two bathrooms and our kitchen. Kali did such a great job, she was fast, efficient, prompt and professional. She left the house spotless when she was done with the job. The tile looks like it is brand new and for a very reasonable price. The only thing I would recommend is to be sure everything discussed when getting the quote is on the contract. We were told they would fix a couple areas of cracked grout but it wasn't written in the contract and ended up costing extra to repair. We had no problem paying the extra for the quality job that was done. Highly recommend!!
