Quinton and Nathan did an excellent job at my home. My home is 25 years old and I’m very meticulous about keeping my home clean. The 700 sf of tile grout now looks like brand new. They took their time and performed is an outstanding and professional manner. Could not be any more pleased. Congratulations and a job well done!!!!

Came out and did a wonderful job on my tile clean and new grout color and seal. Groutsmith came out and got the job done!! ...Looks brand new. Quick response time, prompt and professional. Really delighted with the results after having all the tile floors cleaned, grout permanently coloured and sealed. Was particularly impressed with the grout repair & colouring in the shower enclosure - it looks new again. Neil and Quinton were very professional, courteous and focused on doing the best job possible. Would highly recommend them!

Quinton took care of refreshing our grout and caulk in kitchen and master bath today and did a phenomenal job. From my initial call through completion of the job, everyone we worked with was professional and responsive. Scheduling and accepting proposal were easy online and everyone was prompt. During our initial meeting, they were able to demonstrate what treated area would look like and did not disappoint! Everything looks brand new and we are so happy with finished result. Would definitely use again or recommend.

I am very pleased with Groutsmith’s work. They arrived to my house at the scheduled time and began working immediately. I was already pleased with the look of my grout after the initial cleaning and once they color sealed it, the floors looked brand new. I also had multiple grout and caulk repairs in my shower but Groutsmith repaired everything and made it look brand new. The result was very well worth the price; I spilled a glass of red wine on my floors a few days later but there was absolutely no stain. I would call them again in heartbeat if need be.

I’m incredibly impressed with Groutsmith and their extremely hard-working employees. Quinton in particular was very polite and courteous. He made our 23 year old tiles look like the day they were installed. The attention to detail was unbelievable and the final results could NOT be better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Groutsmith!!!

Quinton and Neil were absolutely fabulous. They cleaned, colored, sealed all the grout in our entryway, dining room, guest bath, master bath, kitchen and living room. They were on time, worked the entire time and professional in every way! Our floors look better now than when we moved in. I even recommended Groutsmith to my neighbor!

We just moved to St Augustine and our home is 6 yrs old. The grout had some stains and discolorations and on the main walking areas and the kitchen and bathroom floors. We had Groutsmith Jacksonville come out for an estimate to clean and color seal the floor tiles and grout in the entire home. We were very impressed with the reviews and the demo of the cleaning process and the grout color seal. There were many different colors to choose from and the owner was very helpful by putting a few different colors on the floor . The Groutsmith team arrived on time, were hardworking and neat, and did a great job on the grout. My home looks transformed and the flooring looks brand new! We also had the main shower floor cleaned, color sealed, and had a textured acid etching on the shower floor as it had become slippery over time. This has made a huge difference in the shower.

Groutsmith is awesome and we couldn’t recommend them any more! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Great price for all the work they do. Quentin came to clean our grout and also fixed some spots for us. He did an amazing job and our floors look brand new again!

Neil was outstanding. He provided pictures of previous work and guided us through the entire process. Great quality and excellent value. Johnny and Seth did a great job sealing and coloring our grout. They were very professional and polite—much attention to detail. They kept us informed as the work progressed and gave us advice on maintenance. The grout treatment gave the tile floor a much richer appearance. We have since recommended Groutsmith to our neighbors and one has already engaged your services.

We had our tiles cleaned and grouted. When it dried, they left spots on the tiles with shoe marks. We don’t use shoes in the house. We told them about it but were told to buy their cleaner to remove them. They didn’t give us a resolution. We gave them a chance to correct it but they didnt.

I am extremely satisfied with Groutsmith in Jacksonville, FL!! Robert and Marcus were outstanding! They were efficient and thorough. They even repaired the damage that the other company created. I am thrilled! These two make a great team and I will be recommending Groutsmith to all of my friends and family.

I spent $900 in November 2024 to have the grout in several rooms of my home professionally sealed. I’ve followed their care instructions exactly—using their Gold formula for regular cleanings and their Green formula every six months for deeper cleanings.

Right from the start, I noticed spots where the sealant was flaking off, exposing the dark, dirty grout underneath. When I called, the staff was always polite and quick to offer touch-ups, which I appreciated at first. But as the months went on, more and more areas started peeling, and it became clear this wasn’t an isolated issue.

Every time I look closely at the floors, I find new areas where the sealant has failed. At this point, I’m honestly not sure if the problem is that the grout wasn’t properly cleaned before sealing or if the products they use just don’t hold up. Either way, it shouldn’t be happening this quickly—especially after spending this kind of money.

While they’ve tried to make it right, I can’t keep taking time off work for endless touch-ups. The whole point of sealing grout was to make cleaning easier and keep the floors looking better. Instead, the flaking sealant has left my grout looking worse than before I paid to have the work done.

Based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.
