Sitting in a hot steaming house is no fun. Checked a couple places and ended up going with Mr. Gurley. He made it to the house in a few hours, squeezing me into his full schedule. I was amazed to see just how his mind worked, looking at the unit, he knew the issue right away and within the hour, my house was cooling again and myself, family, including pets were comfortable again. I miss this type of old fashioned and honest workmanship in the mix of corporations hiring and training techs that would rather be doing something else and then having long waits with high expense.

A couple of years ago we had air problems, we called Gurley heat & Air. Paul Gurley came out. He told us the system needed a part that was $700.00 and it would be as good as new. It lasted 2 days. Called 2 different companies out and both said, part should have NEVER been put in the unit as it was a waste of our money. Tried calling Gurley back and he never returned calls, etc. We were out $700.00 for nothing. I would think twice before hiring him. I'm surprised he is still in business.

Joined the maintenance program and had fantastic service! Quenton and Paul are so pleasant and thorough. Highly recommend Great Dane. I live in the Ponte Vedra area.

And even my grandparents unit some years back when they were both living, and has serviced my AC units for many many years!
I trust no one else but him. I cannot say enough good things about his work ethics, and his knowledge is Impeccable, and his price is definitely fair.
It is truly hard to find someone that is not only extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and honest and even fair when it comes to the price, and I must say to that he is an excellent father

Paul came out and replaced our blower motor on a Monday and saved the day. He fielded my call on Sunday evening, helped me diagnose briefly over the phone, then conducted the service Monday afternoon. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Guided me through the warranty process for my blower, which I was clueless about. Gave me a crash course on HVAV maintenance ad well. Thanks Paul!

After years of feeling vulnerable to dishonest and overpriced HVAC companies, a neighbor finally put me in touch with his guy, Mr. Gurley. I'm so thankful he did as Mr. Gurley quickly earned my trust and has helped me out on multiple occasions. He is always quick to my return calls, very reasonable with his rates and he's never tried to sell me things I don't need. He has even returned my call in the evening to troubleshoot an issue which he helped me fix over the phone. Now, Mr. Gurley is my AC guy and I'm happy to recommend him to friends and family.

Called late at night as our AC wasn’t cooling in this heat wave we are in. I was contacted right back and had an appointment the next morning. Very professional and knowledgeable. Mister Gurley is wonderful. We have used him over the last few years from small tweaks to replacing our entire unit last month. He’s quick, reliable, honest, and clean. He always beats the prices of competitors (yes we prices out SEVEN). He explains everything and even walked through and taught me how to clean certain aspects of the air units with patience and kindness. Recently I had two companies come out to look at my unit that was 10 years old and both said the coil was leaking and I needed a new unit at almost $10,000 but had to get the order in that day or the prices were going up on 1/1. I called Great Dane as a last and final resort. they came out the next day and found a $2.00 valve was the problem replaced it in 5 minutes, refilled with freon and that was two weeks ago and the system is running like new again.
