I've used this Florida Cooling Supply location when I was a contractor and now, we occasionally do some B2B sales when in a pinch. As a contractor, they have always been the most polite and friendly folks I have encountered in all the supply houses in NE Florida. George is very knowledgeable. Larry (territory manager) always does a great job for his customers and is a straight shooter. They are accurate and efficient. No waiting an hour at the counter to get your product.
They distribute ICP products (Comfortmaker, Grandaire, Tempstar, Heil, Acroair) as well as Gree ductless products.
Just throwing this out there too. This branch (pre-covid) threw the BEST customer appreciation/vendor days! Hopefully they will bring that back soon!
Times are crazy right now trying to get equipment and materials as a contractor. Definitely try and have these guys in your arsenal of suppliers if they are not already in that list.

I was walking up with many tanks, had to place them on the ground. When one of the counter sales guys noticed i needed a hand. So without me even asking he came (alex is his name) and took care of me swiftly. Had all i needed ready and checked out fast. My favorite store!

Ever since Josh became the Branch Manager here this place has really stepped up customer service to the next level. It’s very uncommon to find somewhere that has the contractors best interest.
