I've been a customer for over 8 years on a semi-annual maintenance plan. I had a recent service visit for AC not cooling. The tech told me that the compressor had failed and suggested replacing the whole system initially at a cost of over $8,800 or minimally to replace the compressor at a cost of $3,000. Upon getting service from Lickety Split and a second opinion they: got my system cooling within about 20 minutes or less, diagnosed that my compressor was working fine and showed me proof, found that Marco never registered my system (limiting my warranty from 10 to 5 years), found that the Marco tech left the breaker switch out of the panel thereby causing the unit to not run, recommended actual replacements that would extend the life of my system.

It's apparent that either the tech is inept, incompetent, a swindler, or all 3. This is unconscionable and downright nefarious. Needless to say I'm firing Marco and won't ever do business with them again or recommend them. In fact I strongly suggest to anyone else to steer clear of them.

Fantastic Company to do business with. We scheduled an appointment to have an off season check and tune-up done on our AC Unit. Scheduling was very easy and the work was done efficiently and promptly. I highly recommend the team at Marco!

Installed a Goodman AC last year and I am Saving 250$ a Month on my electric bill! You can buy a cheap system or a top of the line unit but it has to be installed properly! AC Sys of Jax does just that.

I want to give Alexis (in office) a great big shoutout for getting me squeezed onto schedule yesterday. My A/C stopped working and when I called in, she said her scheduled was packed. However, when I told her I had my 3 little grandchildren at my house, she was able to help me out the same day. My A/C is back up and running now. Extremely pleased with the service provided. Went way beyond normal service expected as we were having company and ac system went out. It was after 6:00 on a Friday evening and we were cooking and with lots of guest as you can imagine the house was getting extremely hot. Called A/C Systems and they were here and resolved issue with system before 7:00. Certainly met and exceeded our expectations!

We heard a loud noise coming from our furnce on a Saturday in August. There were 95+ temperatures that weekend. A/C systems of Jax was the most professional Heating and Air service group I called that day. They were happy to have my business, and I was impressed with the speed of getting my AC back on again. They also were upfront about how much it was going to cost, which was less than other service centers, and even what I expected to pay.

Best A/C Service Ive had to date. Called on a Sunday evening and had a Tech to my door withing 30 mins. Fixed my issue at an awesome price! Couldnt recommend high enough. I have found my new AC company!!!!!!!!

One of the worst companies ever!! Installed the wrong unit in a historic house, have had several techs come out to fix unit as it cannot keep cool, every time they come they say something else is wrong with the unit. It’s brand new, that they installed. The unit produces so much condensation that there is now mold, they refused to fix the problem and their response is that my ac shouldn’t be set to 70, only 74 or higher. Did not pay thousands of dollars to have limits on ac.

AC Systems professionally installed our new system. They provided a very fair quote and we were impressed by their knowledge and expertise of HVACs. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
