Crooks.....My unit worked fine, it was just low on refrigerant. The Tech George told me the capacitor was bad and changed it without asking me first. Note the outside unit was working fine. Then he said the part was $45....I used to work for Johnstone, I don't mind the mark but not at $170 of what the part cost them. Then he gave me some lame reason why the unit was still running. Strong wind lol I looked at him and said you think I'm stupid? So he put my capacitor back on and now my unit is buzzing. At this moment I wanted do bodily harm to him. I would never use this company again. I paid the diagnostic and sent him on his way. I had someone else come out and did the work, he purposely wired the capacitor wrong

Our A/C went out this summer and we call A/C Systems. Their service tech arrived on time and was 100% professional through the whole process. He had our system working quickly. I will be using these guys again. GREAT JOB.

As a real estate property manager I am regularly faced with air conditioning issues at my owner's property. I have used AC Systems for nearly 10 years and rely on them with absolute assurance they will provide the best service at the best price. I am rarely disappointed

Recently had my home ac go down and was vary satisfied with the response to get me up and cooling again. I rarely use any other ac company.

Company doesnt have a 24 hr emergency call line. They have an “after hours” number that take too long for them to respond to. The original caller told me a tech couldnt come until Tuesday!? That would be four days from the time of the shut down of the AC! Thankfully, the owner of the company made some changes and was able to send someone the next day! So what seemed like an unreasonable wait time turned into a quick fix and that is how a company should respond when they have a product under warranty! Kuddos to the owner but a 24hr call line or pager system would make things less stressful for the customers! Especially on Holidays when people have plans and unexpected things can happen!

I decided to go with AC Systems of Jacksonville after receiving and reviewing 5 estimates from other HVAC companies. I can say, based upon my experience, that I made the right choice as they were not only professional and completed the job accurately and on time they also took the time to educate me, as a homeowner. I thank Wil Cruz and Trevor for their work and orientation towards customer satisfaction! A+ in my book.

I usually don't write reviews for anything, regardless of how satisfied or dissatisfied I am. Without going into great detail, I found myself without AC last night because of an innocent mistake when installing my neighbors new unit. I called this company (which installed my neighbors unit) this morning and they had a tech out to my house in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to right the situation. My family greatly appreciates the urgency and kind gesture. Thank you and I will deff be using this company for any HVAC issue's I may have in the future.

Purchased my Unit 1 yr. ago. They were highly recommended to me, presented a fair quote with some upgrades suggested over the previous unit. A young man made the 1st service call of the on going service plan today & I like the structure of this plan vs. a one-time- payment labor plan. I would recommend them to any one.

We own 3 properties here in Jax and guess what...they all 3 needed new AC systems in the last year! So, 3x and twice for family and friends, AC Systems of Jacksonville helped us out in very economy friendly ways! The first time they came out was on a Friday night and they didn't even charge us for evening or weekend rates! I highly recommend this company!

I spoke to A/C Systems of Jacksonville a few months ago regarding an A/C system on a house I was about to close on. They were really knowledgeable and friendly. Shortly after I closed on the house I called them up to start a service plan to come out twice a year to service my A/C unit. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an A/C company.

We started a yearly contract with this companion April of 2016. They have come out three times since then and every single time our system needed $200-600 worth of repairs....it is only 6 years old! The last time they came out he started talking to me about getting a new system and financing through them...what!?! I am convinced they have broken part of our system or tried to swindle us into paying for something that isn't needed. DON'T USE THEM!

UPDATE: We appreciate the situation being taken care of. AC systems had a technician out at our home within a week and all issues have been resolved. Thank you!

This review is 2 years overdue. Trevor has been coming to my house for the past couple of years to complete biannual maintenance on my HVAC system. Nothing crazy, just a good onceover of my HVAC system to make sure that it is operating correctly and efficiently. He has been extremely professional, courteous, and on time. Well technically, he has been a few minutes early each time, so no complaints there. He has answered all of my questions, took the time to explain how my HVAC system worked, found and fixed a wiring issue with my thermostat that was stopping my heater from working correctly and gave me simple maintenance tips that I could do to make sure that my system continued to work at peak efficiency and help save on my energy bill. If Trevor knocks on your door you are in good hands. It’s nice to find a company that prioritizes customer service; thank you again Trevor, I will recommend you and A/C Systems to anyone that needs HVAC service.

A/C Systems of Jax has replaced all 3 of my HVAC units. They have always given me the best pricing. I had 2 of my units replaced this past week and Damon the installer arrived on time, was friendly, professional, courteous and cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend A/C Systems to anyone looking for repairs or replacements.

Mike showed up and did a fantastic job on my AC unit!! It was dripping water and he cleaned it, drained it and helped me figure out what size filter I need! I've been using the wrong size for years! 😱 Definitely would recommend their services!

Trevor was able to fit us in last minute to repair our heating system, he was very professional and worked very quickly. He made sure I understood the issue and what needed to be done. GF’s new condo needed a new HVAC unit, A/C Systems was recommended. Mike and Joe did the full replacement including new support frame, pad and pan. They were on time, clean, courteous and made sure I was fully satisfied. I checked the area where they installed the new compressor and the air handler area after they were gone and no trash was left behind. Unit works fantastic. I have recommended them to a few of her condo neighbors already.

AC Systems of Jacksonville is a fairly new vendor that began working with our property management company only a few months ago. Since then, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with! Our tenants love them because they are punctual and professional, and All County loves them because they are very thorough with their work and can make electrical repairs in addition to HVAC repairs!

Awesome company. Kenneth arrived on time, gave me an estimate of how long the repair would take, and finished early. The work was top-notch, and we now have peace of mind. The company runs much of their operations digitally, which is a huge convenience. Overall, they were great--courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable--and we will use them again when it's time to purchase a new unit.
