Had Jeff from Great Dane out since my air condition was on the fritz. Jeff was able to get me up and running for the time being. He explained to me that my AC was not in the best shape and it would probably need replaced in the near future.

I felt very comfortable with Jeff's approach and the reputation with Great Dane so I decided to move forward and have them replace it.

Am so glad I went with Great Dane to service my a/c. I highly recommend Quentin who serviced the unit. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly competent, and up front with potential issues that could surface later but didn’t recommend or push to make changes until needed. I trust him. This is the third company I have consulted in the nine months I have lived here, and by far the best. Outstanding. Mike, the owner, came out initially to assess my needs. He is very personable. So glad he assigned Quentin to my job.

This is the epitome of excellent service. Our outdated A/C system went down for good and had called multiple other companies with little to no response. I called Great Dane and Mike was at my house in less than 15 minutes. His guys were here within two hours of that with everything needed to replace my entire system inside and out. Wanted to update review! On October 29,2025 I notice my AC unit was not working. I called Mike, he answered immediately and within two hours a technician was at my home and the unit was repaired. That is the definition of GREAT service. If you need a company that cares about their customers not to mention the pricing is awesome make the call. You want be disappointed!!!

Fantastic company! Mike came out gave an estimate no fluff which is what I like. He was honest and professional. The team that installed the unit worked well together and the work performed was stellar!! I highly recommend this company. Just had Great Dane install a new A/C in my home. Working with Mike and DJ was a great experience. Mike came to my home saw what I had and I told him what I wanted installed. There was absolutely no sales pressure and the price was perfect. The removal of old equipment and installation went very well. I’ve lived in my home for almost 30 years and had two A/C units prior to this one and neither worked like the one Great Dane installed. This company stands by their work and does an excellent job.

I am forever grateful to have been connected with Great Dane Heating and Air. I'd been without A/C for quite some time. It was so amazing; the care and concern that Mike (and MJ & Brandon) had about my situation. I know I chose the right company. Now my home has an amazing (brand new) system. Al and his team were terrific! They were on time and installed my new AC without a wrinkle! The guys were very pleasant to work with, they were good with my dogs and cleaned up when they left. You couldn't tell they were there except the air was cooler and the unit was quieter! I highly recommend Al and his team and will use them moving forward for regular maintenance.

I have been using Abaco Air Experts for the last 10 years because of their excellent service and fair prices.
This weekend I called Abaco again and it was time for a new AC unit.

The Abaco service associate was a professional, He took his time and checked every out my whole ac system to insure that all the components were operating in peak condition. That surprise me very much, because most of the time the service guys only fix what you tell them that is broken and than they leave. I had an ( OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE) with Jalal from Abaco Air Experts. I will definitely recommend them to the anyone that needs ac and heating service.

We were referred to this company by a friend & have made two visits to our home. They recommended the most economical solutions for our air conditioning issues. They arrived on time and were obviously knowledgeable and experienced in their trade. They were friendly, spoke clear English, answered all questions in depth, and clearly communicated all possible options. The estimates that they provided were right on target and exactly what they charged when the work was completed. We will be calling them for any future air-conditioning issues we may have.

When looking for someone to do a service call I went by other Google reviews. I called Abaco and Jahlal came out to see why my air was warm. Turns out a broken coil in the outside unit. Our AC was 26 years old and it was time for it's maiden voyage. They were honest with what we needed and Al went over each and every unit that Trane offered and prices. They were not pushy with any certain unit, but let us pick what was right for our finances, housing size, and comfortable lifestyle. Each time they said they would be at the home they were on time and only took 4 hours to remove and install inside and outside unit. After installation he went over how to do maintenance and the thermostat. If we need any further service calls we will definitely be calling Abaco back. They turned a nightmare situation into smooth sailing. Looking forward to lower electric bills and no worry summer! Thanks Al and service team!

I’ve used Abaco for about 30 years for my a/c needs. They have always been responsive & professional, including yesterday when my unit blew a capacitor. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and have my a/c back up & running within 15 minutes af his arrival.
