In my 12 years with One Stop, I never had a bad experience with them. They know their trade. Chris is knowledgeable, friendly, no BS kinda guy.

This is by far the worst AC company in Jacksonville Florida. They are not truthful to the customer by providing the cheapest buying and overpricing it to the customer. They are racists to their own employees showing favoritism to the alike. They are not organized having customer waiting for days or having them to reschedule installs or maintenances. Not being done with commercial jobs by inspection date. Numerous failed installations inspections in Duval, Clay, Palm Coast and St Augustine Fl. It’s not Like any other company here in Jacksonville Florida and would be the last I would call before doing it my self. They are very unprofessional by letting their employees make unsupervised decisions While servicing a residential home.

I got dehumidifier and mini-split system installed. It was quick and they took all my concerns into consideration, like making pipes invisible.

After a few weeks they called if everything was ok, and came back to adjust dehumidifier as it was not working correctly.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and professional - not pushy or overselling. The installation technician was on time, had all tools and parts needed, was very professional. He checked that both heat and A/C worked before leaving - and cleaned up!

Jeff at One Stop was very professional and competent. He went out of his way to update my new tenant’s information in their system.

Been waiting over a month for a part to be installed back into my ac. Can't get anyone on the ph an also have left several messages still no return call. UPDATE: Come to find out around the same time in June 2022" the company went out of business. That explains why no call backs or answering of phones. Now currently dealing with the company that has taken over. We'll see how this goes.

I have an air conditioning unit that has stopped working. I have an open service contract. I’ve called and left voicemails, I’ve emailed, no responses. Other neighbors are having issues as well and they’re receiving no response from their calls. I was told by another neighbor, the Jacksonville location is closed. I just had someone here 2 months ago to service the coolant, they never said they were closing shop in Jacksonville. I’d like my contract honored and my unit repaired.

The Jacksonville branch is unprofessional. Multiple times I have scheduled an appointment- took of work to be home etc. They call during the timeframe they are suppose to be here with the same excuse as last time that the technician called out sick. This is not the first time 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have a job and when I call in sick I give my employer ample notice. Also when you ask to speak to a manager they apparently come in between 4-5pm, one hour before closing, how convenient! Then they want to push my appointment out another week. Unbelievable! If you are looking for someone reliable, dependable and to fix your unit this is not the place! Call someone else who wants the business because it sure isn’t them. I will not be signing up for there maintenance program either!

The company originally installed our AC/Heating Units and the units are still under warranty. However, I have called for four days (a cumulative 3.75 hours) with no answer. I finally had an answering service answer with the promise of a call back. No response. The warranty is only as good as the company that backs it, and in this case, it is worthless. I have a novel idea.... answer your phone!

By far THE worst AC company I have ever dealt with. We have been having issues with them since before we even moved into our new construction home. Gave them many chances to fix and and prove us wrong, but they keep doing quite the opposite. Today, they showed up at my house as part of our warranty repair set up and along with a tech, came a "manager". They did not fix the issue at hand, but the manager DID make a point to threaten us with legal action if we do not remove negative review we wrote them.

I'm in a rental and my rental company called on them for my AC issues. After the 4th time out, they finally discovered I needed a new motor and computer panel on the outside unit. Every time I called, they were so patient and cheerful with me. Each person they sent out too was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been serviced by One Stop Cooling & Heating in Jacksonville for 4+ years. They service my primary residence and my rental property. They are very professional and provide timely service. Everyone from Michele in the office to the Jeff the senior tech is friendly & extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and will continue to trust them exclusively with my systems!

Rhett is a lifesaver!!! One stop sent out a professional prior to Rhett and he wasn’t able to get the job done! Well, Rhett is very knowledgeable and he went through a thorough inspection of the system until he found the issue. This issue had been going on for months and it wasn’t solved until Rhett came out!!

If you want quality service, ask for Rhett!!! I waited months to post this review because I was used to the system needing another repair after the professional says it’s “fixed”. But so far, so good! Thanks Rhett!!!

The Jacksonville office gives excellent service! We purchased a new heat pump from them recently. Richie has been exceptional! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Always makes sure we are completely satisfied! Looking forward to continuing with their maintenance program!

Staff is professional and friendly however it has been over a month and counting; waiting for a Goodman AC installation. They had to change the proposal two different times due to lack of equipment, understanding today’s demand, and when they finally get everything together and come out to install the air handler was badly damaged. They sent another (3rd) proposal for a totally different brand and lower Seer Rating than the one I paid for. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on something they just want to install just to get the job done. I honestly hope they get all the parts for the Unit I chose soon, without damage, and can finish the job ASAP.

The Jacksonville office is GREAT!! The office was wonderful in getting me in quickly and staying in contact with me through the whole process.
My technician Rhett was AMAZING!! Very professional and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it so we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect.

We are now looking to replace our unit and we will definitely be using One Stop .

One Stop just installed a complete new system in my house. From the initial estimate to the installation everything was awesome. The installer was Keith and he couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. Swept up as he finished and everything looks like it did prior to his arrival. The installation looks light years better than the previous system.

I had these guys over at my house yesterday to replace my old central air unit, air handler and thermostat and they did an awesome job! It was a tight squeeze to get the unit into the back yard so they had to remove a fence panel and then put it back just to do the job. I did not ask for a new concrete pad to put the new unit on but they gave me a new one anyway! Plus the price was very reasonable through Costco and I’m getting a ton of rebates. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Richard assessed our home and included 4 new cold air returns with the new heat pump technology to be installed, also handled 0% interest loan financing in same visit, and checked with me throughout the process to be sure I am happy. Installers Danny, George and Adriel were dedicated, hard working, and very pleasant to have around during installation, staying til 7:30 pm to be sure we would have heat and understanding of the new thermostat. Very pleased with the new system in the 2 weeks it has been operating - quiet and efficient for ac and heat. Crew went above and beyond, great experience!
