Santonio is the epitome of great customer care. From arriving at my house in shoe covers to being brutally honest that my drain line outside was “horrible”, And I need to do better with monthly maintenance …he showed me the proper way to flush the inside drain line. I’m perfectly fine with honesty on what I need to address in my home without further judgment . He cleaned the outside drain line TWICE . He Installed a New smart thermostat. I loved his interaction as a service tech but also as him being homeowner with advice and recommendations . Nothing but praise for Santonio and Reliable Ducts Heating and Cooling . Praise also for their customer care Heather and Sherri, calls into the company are answered promptly and with a sense of urgency .

I didn’t ask for his last name but Matt with the dark hair and beard serviced my AC on the west side of Jacksonville the other day, and I just wanted to send praise! Not only was he hilarious but also very personable and great at his job! Yall got a good one, thank you for the amazing service!

Dustin W. came out so quickly and took such good care of our system, he started at the most basic potential issue and moved his way up to make sure all checks were made, that made us feel so confident! Loved his service!!

This was my first, to have ever heard of this A/C company Reliable Ducts, I made a call to my home wannty repair office , and they referred me to reliable ducts. When the service tech arrived he took care of everything from forward. Due to his professional expertise, attuitde , care and concern for others he uitilize my wanntry which resulted in me only paying a $99.00 service call.

I recently had return air ductwork added in three rooms and the supply plenum resealed at my home. I want to recognize the team at Reliable Duck, especially Anthony Rodriguez, Ryan Steely, and Piter Duma, along with service manager Jacob Queen.

From start to finish, the experience was professional and well-managed. The technicians arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and explained the work in a way that was easy to understand. They were knowledgeable about airflow balance, return air design, and system performance, and it showed in how they approached the job.

The team worked efficiently and cohesively. Anthony, Ryan, and Piter operated like a true crew — organized, respectful of my home, and mindful of cleanliness. They took care in the attic work, ensured the return air system ductwork was installed properly in the three rooms, and resealed the supply plenum thoroughly to improve system performance and reduce leakage. They left the workspace clean and made sure everything was functioning correctly before wrapping up.

What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They didn’t rush, they answered questions confidently, and they ensured the system modifications were completed correctly. The improvements addressed the airflow imbalance issues we were experiencing, and I appreciate the quality of work.

This guy wasted my time for a whole night before showing up the next day when i didnt like the price he gave me he purposely broke a copper line before he left cost me 800 dollars.on top.of the original repair do not use this guy

While Justin did a good job getting the AC issue fixed, he was very unprofessional from the start.
