Our heater unit just stopped working recently. Reliable Ducts expeditiously came out to fix it. Dustin was our tech and he was FANTASTIC! He did a thorough check, found the issue, fixed the issue and didn’t stop there! He went through everything to ensure our unit was in tip-top working order! Very courteous and extremely knowledgeable of HVAC Systems. Thank you!

I admit that I am not the biggest fan of Reliable Ducts. They have messed up several times with my Dream Finders villa.
My main objective is to state that I think Dustin, the tech, did a good job fixing the exhaust pipe above the hood of my range to the vent on the roof.
He worked the entire time he was here, he took pics of the finished job so I can send pics to my GC to make sure it was in accordance now with building code.
And he was very polite. If Dustin owned his own HVAC company, I would certainly be a patron of his company.

I am delighted with the recent HVAC installation by Nathan Burgess and his team. The old system removal was as planned. The new air handler, heat pump, copper, drain and thermostat wires were installed as planned. The only thing keeping this review from a 5 star rating is the circuit breakers needed upgraded and it a took an additional 2 days to get the correct rated breakers installed due to availability. The new system operates efficiently and maintains comfortable temp throughout my home with excellent humidity removal. The installation process was smooth, and Nathan demonstrated professionalism and expertise. I am highly satisfied with the overall experience and the improved climate control in my living space. 2 days ago we called Reliable Ducts as our ac/heater stopped working and the thermostat would not turn on. They said they could get someone over to us next day between 10 and 2, which we didn't think we could get anybody that early due to the holidays. Trace Reynolds showed up and was very friendly, positive, personable and very informative of our matter. He went through everything step by step with us. He showed us that the root of the problem why our thermostat was not turning on was because the condensation pump was not draining, so the safety switch cut the power to the thermostat. He cleaned out the water with a shock vac and cleaned up any mildew residue in and through out pump system. We got on their maintenance program for $230 which includes no service charge and does maintenance to maintain the quality of our HVAC system. So I want to shout out Trace Reynolds !!! Thank you so much for all your help and thank you Reliable Ducts for your service today!! We are back up and running, thanks to you and Trace's hard work!!
