Had a challenging fix that took a while to complete but I was happy with Justin's willingness to come out repeatedly to make sure everything was working properly, even staying past 8pm on a Saturday to finish the job.

VERY POOR SERVICE! He did not arrive at the scheduled time - or the rest of the day - or the next day with never a call. HUGE repair bill this summer, and now no heat... makes me question if the know what they are doing!

Justin and crew came out and surveyed my situation and gave me several different options. We decided to go with a new York heat pump and they did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier! Thank you Justin!

A.C. went out on a Sunday and they showed up within a couple hours. Got a diagnosis and quote and they were able to conduct major repairs at a GREAT price the NEXT day! Definitely sticking with Ball for my A.C. needs!

Philip texted he was 30 minutes away and showed up in time. He was Professional, work uniform to identify himself and work truck. He checked out inside and outside units and with the new client coupon and the Ball Air Club membership were were able to save on the tune up and 15% on the capacitor part that was about to go out. A precision tune up on 1 system, inspected filter, cleaned coils, inspected electrical, replaced new capacitor, and discussed replacing the contactor in the Fall. Philip took the time to test the parts and show us the readings, explain some recommendations and overall he too was surprised and pleased the unit has been well maintained for being ten years old. Invest in your HVAC systems and Ball Air, Inc. is a good resource to keep things running smoothly. Reasonable priced, proficient, friendly and prompt. Good value for the money and service!

Justin quickly diagnosed the problems created by other unqualified technicians and corrected all of the problems in one visit. This heat pump has not worked for over two years and I had three other technicians try to fix it but could not. So thanks again Master AC technician Justin

Air conditioner went out on Sunday evening and temperature inside quickly rose to 85* . Justin came out , diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour with no emergency service charge so I could sleep comfortably without waiting til the morning to call out a technician. AAA+++

My AC broke on a Sunday I called Justin at 3:00 p.m. on the anticipation that he would tell me see you Monday instead he told me he would be here at 7:00 p.m.. It is now 8:00 p.m. and the AC is back on and I even signed up for his maintenance plan which he's going to come back out twice to service my AC throughout the year what a fantastic service and job done. I live in green leaf in Nocetee and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know. Super professional and the fact he didn't charge me a 911 because it's Sunday speaks for itself.

Local owner that cares about what he does. Saved me from dealing with these expensive misrepresenting big box companies. Home Depot quoted me 1500 dollars... Ball Air 300.... It's been running for two years. Recently it went out again three days ago(it's 25 years old.... Lol). Not only was he here in 24 hours he could of charged a lot but it turned out not to be the fan but the capacitor. FYI... This is a legit review I want this guy to stay in business!!!

One of my air conditioner units went out over the weekend. I called Justin and told him what had happened. He came out within the hour to take a look. He inspected both ac units and unfortunately found that one capacitor was dead and other one was weak. He immediately replaced both for a low price and he also added the refrigerant necessary bc the was none in that unit. Also, he cleaned the units, cleaned coils, flushed condensate drain lines. He also replaced both air filters.

Justin responded quickly for service on our air conditioning system at our rental property. He diagnosed the problem with a cost to repair. As this was on the weekend and the unit was not working, he performed the repairs in a timely manner for the comfort of our tenants.

Justin just completed installing our new Trane A/C system. He is one of those rare individuals who takes pride in their work. He is most knowledgeable of the product and very particular in doing everything the right way. He does everything himself because he doesn't trust anyone to do things as thoroughly as he can. We highly recommend him and will continue using his preventive maintenance service in the future.

Fast on time service. Checked system due to no cooling. Justin added freon and checked other parts of system. He was competent in ac systems. He did not try to sell me a new system or something else I didn't need. I would recommend Ball Air Conditioning to my friends.

We've had issues with our AC in the summer since we moved into our current house. This is the first company who's made a noticeable difference even after the first visit. After being told two different explanations by two previous AC companies, Justin accurately diagnosed and corrected the major issue with our system for a little over half what we'd been quoted before. Very knowledgeable, very respectful and professional. Highly recommended!
