They got someone out here within 2 days of my service request, and our AC tech stayed until 11pm on a Friday night to ensure that our AC was running properly again. We are so thankful!

Did a very good job when it came into my home. Was very courteous did everything they were supposed to do check my system out very well. The man understood exactly what the problem issue was with my air condition. And came back and put the new equipment in without any issues or any problem and resolve my issue.. The technician was awesome. He was very honest and upfront.

My unit started having problems during the week and shut off altogether Friday night.

I called several places… wasn’t going to be able to have regular service until Monday.

When I looked into emergency services for Saturday, one of the places I called mentioned that their !!!$189!!! service fee would include a maintenance plan, which reminded me of one that I purchased with United Air Temp.

I hung up with the third party and called United, but was only told that I’d be added to the list of customers needing service that day… that a technician would come, but they couldn’t give me any specific time. Although courteous, the office rep would only say that they would work until all service calls were completed and asked what time would be too late for them to come.

I was so discouraged, I actually told the other company they could come on out.

But before they could arrive AND within 30 minutes of my call to United, their technician called to say he was on the way!

Needless to say I cancelled the third party visit, had my unit repaired AT NO COST (due to the maintenance plan) by United, and received the most professional service from the tech who visited my home that day.

I can’t think of his name, but I’m so glad they were able to help, and he reminded me to call them FIRST in the future… which I will DEFINITELY be doing from now on.

Very friendly and efficient. Performed my annual maintenance and let me know everything was looking good. Happy to know my A/C and hot water heater should remain operational for another year.

Our AC went out yesterday. They stood by there service plan and got us an appointment on a Sunday. The technician, Eric, was professional and was able to replace our AC fan motor quickly and efficiently. We are so thankful for their service on a 100 degree day!

This company is wonderful. I called them today and they were able to send a technician out today. Eric is our technician that always comes to service our unit. The last time he came out we definitely were able to feel a major improvement in the quality of cold air we were feeling throughout the house. I definitely recommend them.
