Without a doubt Complete Air will be my go-to for ALL AC needs in Jacksonville. My recent experience using Complete Air (Don & Team) was eye opening to the amazing service and professionalism we need to see in business again.

When my AC wasn't cooling, Madison came out and found the leak in the coil. He performed a quick diagnostic to find the leak and refilled the system to get my family and I cool. I wanted to see how long it would last, and to my surprise, it was sooner than later.

After a few weeks we noticed the issue was occurring again and this time Don came out and offered up his experience and opinion to simply replace my system. He explained how "new home builders" install units and was helpful in explaining the options we had on the table.

With a WAYYY more than reasonable quote compared to other companies, Don also noted we have a 7 Month old at home.

So we gave Complete Air the go ahead to replace the system. In doing so Don recharged the system with more refrigerant to get the home manageable until the new unit arrived.

Don would check on us to make sure we were comfortable until then. After taking calls and working all day. Don himself came out to the house at 8:45pm to once again top the system off to ensure our home was cooling for the family. (You think other big brand companies would do that, think again)

Complete Air Systems with Don at the helm will always be my go-to here in Jacksonville.

We've been doing business with Complete Air Systems since they installed our new air conditioning unit back in 2008. We often have issues with our AC on Sunday's. Don or one of his team is there to help get us back back up and running. We can a always depend on Complete Air. We have had to replace both of our units in the last 18 months. Both times it has taken less than 36 hours from the first visit to when we had cool air flowing through the house!

I needed to replace an old Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system for an area of my home. Don came in a timely manner to assess and give me a price to replace. Happy with his quote and in a few days the new unit was in place. Quick and efficient work done leaving a clean workspace behind. Even got the warranty paperwork sent off for me which i appreciated. It was almost like Don was psychic. He came out and replaced the fan motor capacitor. I asked him to check amperage draw on the fan motor. It was a little high. I paid the bill, said thank you and he was on his way. Later that day he texted me to let me know he did some research on a fan motor availability (since the unit was 21 years old) and found 1 in Jax and was going to pick it up just in case. Lo & behold, next morning, no air movement from registers. Call was made early in the day, he was out later THE SAME DAY, and installed the motor. We chatted a bit about random subjects as he “did his thing”. Don was. professional, knowledgeable, and personable. To all reading my long- winded review, I feel VERY CONFIDENT IN RECOMMENDING COMPLETE AIR for any air handling needs.

Don Richards with Complete Air Systems recently replaced the AC evaporator coil that was still under warranty. Complete Air Systems has performed all of our AC service and AC replacement work for many years now at our home and at two rental condos that we own. This company is great! Brand new entire unit was out and operating in under 5 hrs and cleaned up. My previous unit was...35...years old. A little over a year ago I thought it was toast and I told Don I need a new one...he said let me take a look at it and 30 minutes later it was up and running for under $400, he could have just went forward with a new unit but, he was honest.We talked about what it might cost to replace it and a year and a half later that price was still valid. They also replaced my sister and mothers unit some time back and they were just as happy which is why I called them, plus with all of the great reviews how could I not feel good about putting my money with them. I first met Don and began using Complete Air after buying my home in 2018. Right after moving in I noticed I couldn’t get the AC to go down when reset. It was August, and very hot! It was also a Sunday. Don came out and fixed my AC (capacitor), and I was shocked when I was not charged an arm and a leg. Since then I have had Don and his team come out every six months to check and clean my system. I had to call again today, as my heat wasn’t working last night and did not get above 55 degrees. Once again, Don came out, figured out the problem and fixed it. Don and his staff are knowledgeable, personable and friendly, and always professional. They answer any and all questions that you may have, helping you to understand what is happening with your system. In addition, their prices are more than reasonable, unlike so many other businesses. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they have a permanent customer in me!

I cannot say enough good things about Complete Air. Their customer service is truly the best. Calls are returned quickly, and they work diligently to troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem. They are honest, fair, and completely trustworthy, which is hard to find these days.
