I am a firm believer in finding a "good" HVAC company and getting regular check ups, summer and winter. I moved to a new house about 18 months ago so I had to find a new company. After a lot of research I called Thigpen. I spoke with them about check ups and other services should the need arise and booked an appointment. Today was my first appointment and the tech Robert Rodriguez called approximately 30 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and I am thoroughly impressed and happy with both the price and detailed service check up he performed. We have already discussed my winter check in February and I plan to ask for him by name! Great service, great company! Thanks!

Once again, Thigpen did a great job coming through on our maintenance service. That’s exactly why we never have any problems! It pays to keep up with your maintenance service!

Senior Tech Paul Ruckman was excellent. He has a wealth of experience and was able to find the leak in my air handling unit (drain pan has a crack in it and needs replacement) and additionally noticed the electrical connection on the circuit board did not have a grounding wire so he striped the connection and reworks the harness. Paul was very thorough and methodical in his approach and explain what was going on

Paul Ruckman was absolutely excellent! We’ve had a few problems with our AC that no one could solve, so we requested a senior technician and Paul was the guy to diagnose and fix our issue same day! Phenomenal service and a great guy. Highly recommend!

William arrived on time, and was very professional and friendly and thorough with his AC repairs. He kept me informed as to what he was doing at all times, and had numerous before and after pictures to show what he had done at the conclusion of the service.

Paul was on time, friendly, and showed me exactly what the issue was based on my description. This turned out not to be an issue at all but the unit functioning as it should due to the cold weather. Always appreciate the professionalism of Thigpen.

Thigpen has been a good partner to keep our heating and air running. They did original install of a unit about 4 years ago. They have done follow on maintenance for us with techs that are polite and knowledgable. They come on time and they do a good job.
Glad they are a partner with us in keeping the house comfortable.

Over the past few years Thigpen has installed full systems in three houses for me. They are major league hall of fame; 3 for 3!

We have used Thigpen for 25 years, bought four systems over the years (multiple houses), and have not had a single negative experience. I used their vent cleaning serv ice as well, and OMG what a great job they did. They are on site when we need them to be, their equipment is always maintained, and they are always professional and well trained. Would not use anyone else.

Robert Rodriguez came out today to conduct a maintenance of my AC system. He was very professional, and gave me a lot of advice and showed how to keep my AC system running at its best. He also suggested the replacement of a part that my AC unit would need in the future. Because of his expertise is showing me what the part was and how it works, I decided to replace it there on the spot and not wait until it breaks. Customer service is becoming a lost art in business these days, but Robert strives to be sure that service stays 5 Star. Thank you to Robert and Thigpen Heating and Cooling!

Roberto with Thigpen has been working with my two HVAC systems for awhile. It is nice to know he is familiar with the unique system made for a high rise condominium building. Thigpen is always very responsive to any work I have needed. I recommend the service agreement because I feel confident that my units are looked over thoroughly every six months.

I’ve been thoroughly happy with Thigpin heating and cooling since I had them install my unit probably a decade ago. They Are quick to respond to any problems that I have, do an annual service check and let me know if I need any repairs and if anything is within warranty. Tristan was very thorough as well as respectful. The prices are what I consider reasonable.

I want to start off by saying that Thigpen is a fantastic company, and their service is Amazing. I want to give a special thank you to Paul Ruckman, for his amazing expertise, thoroughness and awesome attitude. He had my system up and running in no time! My experience today was perfect. I highly recommend this company. I had a tech came out to diagnose my AC unit because it was blowing hot air. He told me I needed a new capacitor charged me $350 for it. Then he told me that I needed the thermal valve replaced and it would cost me somewhere between $1200-$1500.Then I called Thigpen to come check the unit . This Guy Don came out, fixed a few miscellaneous things that were out of order and did a diagnose. Turned out nothing is wrong with the unit nothing at all. They saved me from spending money in vein.
