Robert is a professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable technician. He completed my six month service while explaining to me what he was doing and why. I feel comfortable with him handling my HVAC system.

Thigpen was able to fix my gas furnace. The three technicians worked on it. Jack D., Don K. and Paul R. They all did equally good on what they have to do.

Paul R. was the one who really worked on it for three hours and have the gas furnace fixed after they have been in my house five times.

Paul is excellent and a great technician. He has the most positive reviews on Google. I can see right away that he will fix the water leak that's causing the problem by observing how he works.

the Service Director. He is very pleasant and has empathy over my frustrations. The last three trips he did not charge me for any labor. Parts were still under warranty. This means a lot to me that the team made an effort to make it right for me.

Thank you Triston and Thigpen! We had a problem with our HVAC unit and another company told us it would be thousands of dollars to repair, and that we should replace the unit. I called Thigpen and Parker sent Triston out to see if it could actually be fixed. Instead of replacing the unit, we were able to get it fixed for $1100 and expect to get many years of service out of it before we need to replace it. This company doesn’t try to upsell you and is watching out for their customers. A breath of fresh air. Triston was amazing! He is patient, thorough and takes the time to explain things. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Robert my technician, did an awesome job. Today was my free tuneup and he made sure everything was cooling and heating perfectly. My mini split was a problem today because of lots of debris from a room remodel and now pouring out that cool air

Jack was our Technician and we can not say enough how impressed we were with him. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We were having an issue with our system being stuck in idle. Jack not only repaired the problem, he explained why we were having the problem, and showed us how to fix it ourselves if it occurs again. Talk about customer service and preventative maintenance! Paul Ruckman, Senior Service Technician, performed a leaking pipe test on my AC. He went above and beyond to find the issue. His professionalism and dedication to excel in his job are outstanding. The crew was great. It was a little tricky how they were going to clean the duct due to the location of them, but they communicated with us and figured out exactly how they could get the job done. They weren't only professional, but also personable. Thanks to the crew for a job well done!!!

Parker and his installation team replaced my 21 year old Lennox heating and air conditioning system with a top of the line Lennox unit. They did an extremely professional job and had my home cooling again within one day.
I was very impressed with the detailed recommendations they provided. Each option came in a different price range, allowing me to choose what best fit my needs and my budget. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything.
The Thigpen representative, Parker, inspected my old system, asked about my concerns, and presented several solutions. I appreciated being able to take my time to decide what I wanted. Even after making my selection, I was able to make adjustments and add a zoning system.
I also chose the Lennox S40 Smart Thermostat, which outperforms my old Nest. The outdoor cooling unit is so quiet that I hardly notice when it’s running.
I’ve had the new system for 30 days now and have used both the A/C and heating without a single issue. Excellent service and an outstanding product!

We received a recommendation to use Central Air from our community Facebook group (they were highly recommended). We called in the morning and same day by 2pm Madison & James came out to check on our unit, even with a full schedule. They were really friendly, did a full inspection, and gave us a really clear overview of what was going on with our system. Price was reasonable for the inspection and repair. They also made really good recommendations for ongoing care of our unit. We liked them so much that we signed up for the 2x a year maintenance plan to make sure our unit continues to stay in great shape. Would definitely recommend!
