I had an excellent experience with Charles from Chase Heating and Air Conditioning. From the start, he was incredibly responsive and kind. He even took his shoes off before entering my home, which I truly appreciated.
I originally reached out to a new AC company because I felt something wasn’t being done correctly by our previous provider. Without even mentioning it, Charles immediately identified what had been done wrong by the last company and explained everything clearly. Best of all, he fixed the issue the same day.
He was honest, fairly priced, and never tried to upsell or pressure me. It’s such a relief to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable technician. We will absolutely be using Chase Heating and Air Conditioning again and highly recommend Charles to anyone in need of AC service!

Drew from Thigpen heating and cooling is the kindest man. Yesterday during our walk, my Labrador retrieved a big dead bird from a bush…I was upset and helpless as my dog wouldn’t drop it. Drew and the Thigpen crew were driving by and saw me struggling, without hesitation he jumped off the van to help me. He was kind and gentle with my dog and eventually was able to get the bird out of my dog’s mouth avoiding him to eat it and get sick. What a wonderful nice young man, we need more Drews in this world. Thank you Drew from the bottom of my heart!

Everyone at Thigpen is fantastic. A different contractor installed a new Lennox system about 18 months ago. Everything they did was a nightmare. It took them 3 installations to install the system we paid for and get it working. They also messed up the extended warranties and tax credit forms. Their administrative office was a joke, and nobody knew what they were doing or cared.

Thigpen stepped in, diagnosed the problem with our Lennox, fixed the warranty issues, and got our HVAC system up and running, under warranty. What a blessing.

Don, our technician diagnosed the problem, got the replacement parts and fixed the system, under warranty. He is a true professional. Scott, the service manager was instrumental in the process. Two other skilled professionals were also here during the diagnosis and worked inside and outside in the cold and dark to thoroughly check the entire system.

Sherrill Thigpen took the lead on fixing the previous contractor's registration fiasco. We cannot thank her enough.

Thigpen is so impressive that we signed a maintenance contract with them, had them install a new HVAC in our daughter's townhome and got our daughter a service contract too.

The following scenario was resolved, with both parties agreeing that the employee was excellent and that the terms could be resolved amicably.

Jack was a very nice young man; no complaints with him. But I am very disappointed, after spending many thousands of dollars as a multi-year loyal customer, that the home office instructed Jack to charge me the show-up rate for a call in which he merely had to assure me that I had not severed a live wire on my outside AC, unit, but rather had severed an old wire that was left in place when Thigpen replaced the unit. He did not have to lay a hand on the unit.

Fantastic customer service, they didn’t overcharge at all. Final price for the same service as Snyder was $600 cheaper even with Snyder’s “warranty”.. Don and Garrett have both worked on my homes and they are fantastic and personable

We were satisfied with the level of service and detail that Roberto provided while here, however the issues still persist. Currently the thermostat set point is at 75° and the reading is 78°. We will contact the office in the morning for a follow up as it is just not cooling as it should. It does recover overnight and the reading this morning was 75/75 when he arrived. It cannot and has not maintained the set point temperature during the afternoon for at least the past week.

Roberto is awesome. Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. We’ve been blessed to have him do our routine 6 month maintenance the past two times. Hope we can have him every time

I was well pleased with the service I received. The technicians were on time, personable, worked very hard all day with my duct cleaning. I appreciated their dedication to the job.

We found this company at a local event for Veterans and were in need of a technician to fix an issue we had in our back bedroom. They came and told us we needed to have duct work added to push out more heat/AC so we paid them around $1k to fix it. The problem hasn't been fixed. It's 61 degrees in there when the heat is set to 72 degrees! We asked why it wasn't fixed. They said they could fix the system at a cost of another $3k. We had different vendor come out and they found mold growing in our duct system in the attic, why didn't the Thigpen technician notice the mold while he was up there? We were very disappointed with the service provided and will be going with another company for repairs.

We had an intermittent problem with our AC not coming on.
Thigpen sent service tech Tyler to the house. Tyler is a Rockstar! Coming form a technical background I was extremely impressed with his systematic troubleshooting approach. More impressive was that when he tried everything imaginable he reached out to more senior technicians as well as his Technical Manager. Still not finding the problem Tyler spent more than an hour on the phone with the AC company Tech support. His initiative, amazing customer service excellence is a model for all others to follow!! Thank you Tyler!! The house is comfortable again and we can’t thank you enough for your hard work and determination in solving our problem!! Thigpen Heating and Cooling reward this outstanding Technician and person, he truly is an asset and amazing ambassador for your company!!

Thigpen A/C did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything from my initial call for service to completion of the job was top notch. Jack my technician was very professional and explained what was happening with my home system. I’m very happy with my choice to do business with Thigpen.

Roberto arrived several hours late, but once here he was thorough, patient, and diligent. He even disassembled the motor to remove vines (and a snake!). I suspect the delay came from being equally thorough at earlier appointments. Just be sure to allow plenty of time in your schedule.
