NorthPort did what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it and charged what they quoted. You can't ask for more than that. Plus, the technician, Daniel, was very professional and educated me while he was doing the repair. I will only use NorthPort going forward!

The HVAC system went out just when the very first ever Jacksonville heat wave warning was issued on the local weather alert broadcast. Scrambling to find a reasonable HVAC purchase & installment I fortunately stumbled upon Northport Heating & Air on Google and met Steve. From the very first phone conversation - Steve assured me that we will have an HVAC system in a matter of days time. And he was right, from arriving to inspect the site within one hour of making the first phone call to making multiple visits to our home to find out what system would be the most ideal for our home, Steve made sure we had the best of everything. Excellent customer service. My heat went out on the coldest day last week and I decided to replace my entire 24 year old system. I called Alan at NorthPort Heating and Air and he definitely delivered. He sent Carlos, one of his expert service techs out the very next morning to tear out the old one and install the new unit. Carlos was professional, experienced and made quick work of the job. Carlos ran into a couple of issues with my old wiring and while he could have taken the easy route running my new wires he insisted it be done to his and NorthPort standards and while that added an extra 2 hours of work to the job the price didn’t change. If you are in the market for a new heating and air conditioning system I would highly recommend calling Alan at NorthPort for a quote and request Carlos to do the work. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely a five star company! I was impressed last year when service came out to check unit. Professional and honest. I was informed of all issues and cost up front. I had unit replaced this year. The service techs worked 6 hours in heat wave on a unit sitting on top of a four story building. They were always nice and made sure everything was working before they left. I have never had a company treat me with respect and do a perfection job at a reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you NorthPort!!!!!

Toby had a technician out to my house within an hour. Dan looked over everything & determined the compressor needed replacing. Everything was completed within less than a week. Both Toby & Dan were great to work with & kept us informed of everything, every step of the way!!

I recently had my a/c serviced by another dealer which we keep up ever year. Paid $1000 to have it cleaned and "serviced" One week later the air started acting up. I work with a company that uses Northport so I called him up to help because with this heat it was an emergency! He had a crew there within the hour and fixed it in no time! Great service, fair pricing and did exactly what they said the would do. They are always reliable and do a great job! I highly recommend. We will be using them only now for any a/c issues that may arise. Great job and many thanks!

My AC was having issues so I called NorthPort in the morning and explained what was going on and they had a technician at my house to fix the problem that afternoon. The technician's name was Chris Flynt and he really went above and beyond to fix my AC and explained what he did showing me pictures of everything, which really helped me understand and reassured me it was done right. I was so impressed with the work and the quick response and I'll definitely be using them again.

This company installed HVAC system for me. Steve was very respectful of me and the technicians were also. The job was done on time and neatly. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in need.

Steve Weatherington Kaneto give us an estimate on Monday And by Wednesday, We are sitting in a very comfortable cool home again. I recently had a system failure on Christmas Eve evening. I reached out to NorthPort and quickly received a response that included useful preliminary trouble-shooting in hopes it was something simple. It was not simple. Jeff was dispatched onsite as first appointment day after Christmas. Jeff quite quickly diagnosed the connector inside the roof unit. Jeff was very nice in charging a very fair rate; apparently no additional fee for urgent response/holiday. We have been a long-time customer for NorthPort, which will most definitely persist. My extended visiting family also conveyed their appreciation to Jeff. He is quite and experienced and very good person!

I would like to thank Alex and Alen for an outstanding service they provided by creating comfort in the options they provided. I compared their pricing with 2 other competitors and they blew them out of the water. We had our Reme Halo system installed and had our air handler services along with ducts cleaned and we noticed a huge difference that same day in the air quality our house had!
